Applebee’s

Came here with friends and my hubby. Tried the cheese and chicken penne, and the 7oz. Steak. Hubby orders his steak medium-​well but it came out well done. Our waitress was very considerate and stayed and asked how is the steak and helped us replaced it for the corrected temperature steak free of charge. The manager served the corrected steak himself.

Well this is our first experience with this location, and taking the prior reviews to heart; we decided to use Carside ToGo. The review will be based only on the food we receive, as the pick up went relatively smooth, and Debra was very nice. On the menu today:
All-​day Brunch Burger– Wow! Cooked perfectly. Well balanced burger with egg, bacon, hash browns, and cheese. We enjoyed our burgers from start to finish. The egg yolk added a perfect velvety smooth finish to an outstanding and well seasoned meat Patty. The touch of ketchup complimented the hash browns, and the buttery bun held it all together without being too heavy. I say thank you for this delicious burger. Really… thank you.
French Fries– Appreciated the fact that they cooked them when we got to the restaurant. It took a few minutes extra to get them, but hey when the fries are crisp and delicious instead of soggy and cold it makes a world of difference. They were well seasoned fresh hot french fries. No they are not life changing, but they are very good basic fries.
I will return to this restaurant again without any concern. Carside ToGo was successful enough to warrant a trip inside next time for a full review with service included.

Where do I start so much was wrong I thought I was on a you’ve been punked show! No hostess waited to be sat while a few servers just walked by and left us standing. Finally got a seat in an empty restaurant and had to flag someone down for service and was told I’m not your server? What ?? Then we never got our appetizer, when we asked he said he was sorry he never rang it in! 45 mins later finally received our food med rare steak was well done the Mac and cheese awful was told that it was Kraft Mac and cheese out of the box. i can go on and on! Took another 20 mins to get our check! I saw what I thought was a manger siting in the bar area eating I asked who she was and it was the manger eating! While we are unhappy and from what I saw was others tables too! Very mismanaged! Never never again !!

Look at others comments, and take it to Heart. No kidding. Could be ran by untrained Monkeys better. All I can say is RUN!!!‘nn

This must be the worst run Appleby’s in the country. The service was so disorganized and unprofessional it is hard to believe they have a trainng program. I asked for water 4 times finally got another waiter. The dishes were brought out fifteen minutes apart. Who serves dinner like that? CLUELESS the food was a ⁵⁄₁₀ at best. The check took at least fifteen minutes to get after requested. We never got our drinks refilled. I feel bad for the franchise owner he needs to be onsite and get control of this disaster. I saw a friend across the room, different Waiter same result. The worst …

Great food, and the service is always on point! The new appetizers are awesome. You have to try the Sriracha Lime Shrimp and the Kobe Style Meatballs.

I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in several years, but we received a gift card and thought why not. Mistake. The food was awful! Undercooked chips for the appetizer, so raw potatoes. Then the waitress recommend the chicken tenders with Mac and cheese, so we did that. The chicken was three of the smallest pieces I’ve ever seen. The Mac and cheese was FULL of onions! It tasted horrible! Who fills regular Mac and cheese with onions??! They didn’t care or ask why we didn’t want the food, so we paid and left as soon as possible. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

We’ve been twice. One of those, «hurt me once, shame on you. Hurt me twice, shame on me» kind of moments. We should have known from the first visit it was not a good Applebee’s. 1^st visit, waited at the host stand at least 5 minutes with no greet. I kid you not… A COOK… came and sat us. A COOK! In a ratty, greased T-​shirt. SUPER sweet though. The hostess was off chatting with friends. Everything else was okay that day minus the manager walking around the restaurant drinking her Starbucks??? Um, that’s against health regulations. I know. I’ve worked as a hostess and as a server for four years in a restaurant.
Visit #2 AND LAST visit! I will make this as short as possible.
1– server took forever getting there. She was smoking. NO big deal to us really…
2– got our waters. Server SUPER sweet. Took our order
3– we sat for forever waiting for our wings. FINALLY came out and were barely tossed in their sauce at all. So bad that we sent them back to be re-​tossed. Came out DROWNING in the sauce and I like extra. This was beyond. They were lukewarm at best and certainly no longer crispy.
4– waited so long our food came out right with our app. I was pissed.
5– food came out. My pasta was (a) cold and (b) lacking in extra sauce even though I requested it. Cook’s fault
6– steak was well, not medium. Big difference ;-)
Manger was sitting at the table behind us for some 20 minutes talking about her health issues. Same Starbucks-​drinking manager.
We were done at this point. Talked to the server. Told her she was awesome. Asked for a discount which we neeeeeever ever do! Manager comes over finally and tells us she paid for the entire check BUT tells us she’s sorry about the cooks. She admits they’re goofing off and not sure what is up with them.
Um… You were out here chatting about your health KNOWING they were back there screwing around making ALL our food cold?! Ok we’re done. BYE, Felicia!
Tipped the waitress well. Told her she was awesome and to leave and go work somewhere she would be appreciated and get business. Told her we would NEVER be coming back. Oh and at the last minute, found what looked like a big chunk of mold in my water. AHHHH! We left ALL our uneaten food behind (which we NEVER do) and were too nauseous to actually go have a dinner. Plus it was VERY late at this point.
So THANK you Applebee’s for a horrible experience. We’ll never go back to this location. Get your LIFE! Lol

I used to go here all the time. We moved … so recently when we were on that side of town we stopped in for a bite after a concert. I wish we had found another Applebee’s! We waited for our waitress. Placed our order for our drink then waited for those. To sum up our visit we waited on everything instead of being waited on!!! I even had to go hunt her down to no avail and found the runner at one point to get refills, to go boxes, & our check. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Woohoo! A good as it gets!!!

This location is ok but not as convenient as the
One that closed in Opry Mills Mall.

We were seated and sat for nearly 10 minutes until a server came to our table. He was a bit brusque with us when he took our order. Our food was mediocre and for the price the value wasn’t there. For a restaurant trying to reinvent itself to draw in more business, I’d say this one is a fail.

These guys are open til midnight. You wouldn’t think that they would give great service at 10PM but they were really on the ball. My wife got the riblet basket. It was too spicy for her and Vicky gladly took it back and had the kitchen recook her a new order! I got the 7oz sirloin and it was great.
