Dollar General Market Store

Just your typical Dollar General store except this one has a larger grocery store than most

This place is like a regular Dollar General, but on steroids. It’s much bigger and has a much larger selection of foods, including meats, dairy and produce. Sometimes I’m leery of buying off brand food and sometimes I don’t care and throw caution to the wind. On my last visit I bought turkey bacon and liquid egg substitute. I’m happy to report I’m still alive and both items were just as good as the national brands. They were both much cheaper also. Dollar General usually has some very cute, affordable home items as well. Right now they have some Mod looking decorative items and I think I’m going to go back and get a few things. They also have a great selection of seasonal items at a much lower price than the main department stores. I love going after the season and stocking up at half-​price! I frequent the regular DG near my house quite often but I think I may try to go to this ‘Market Store’ a little more.
