Are you still love eating there once but I noticed the last few times they put broccoli in there vegetarian and it was absolutely gross I noticed the food is going down

This is the first time I have ever been so disgusted that I felt the need to write a review. My husband and I went in to eat and were sat at a corner booth. We get out drinks then my husband sees a cockroach. We move to a table in the middle. He then looks back and sees 2 at the table we just moved from. We then look next to is and seen one crawling on the booth next to us… Nasty! We tell the waitress who gets her manager. He told us they just sprayed and it’s been raining out so they’re stirred up and offered to make us something to go. Of course we said no but now my stomach is churning! GROSS

Where to begin…
1. Took 5 minutes to even be greeted once we got sat even though there were at least 8 servers standing around with their thumb up their a** and one on her cell phone in the middle of the restaurant.
2. Drink orders took at least 5 – 7 minutes, the mocha’s were so grotesquely sweet we couldn’t drink them, so we sent them back and it took another 5 minutes just to get some waters.
3. Ordered Mozzarella sticks as appetizer
4. Decided on pumpkin pancakes for meal
5. !0 minutes later, waitress returned to tell me they don’t have pumpkin pancakes. Fine, ordered something else, can’t remember
7. Finally after about 20 minutes she brings out the mozzarella sticks but states they are out of marinara sauce. Really? Why was that not stated when we ordered them? Obviously I don’t want to eat a moz stick with no sauce!
After we spent 45 minutes waiting for a drink and food with a server who was MIA for most of our visit we decided to just up and leave.
Being a server I am pretty understanding but this service was so bad it was inexcusable. Too bad I don’t remember her name because I would tell her to find another job, serving is NOT for her! I think that is the only time I’ve had service so bad I have actually left a restaurant. We went to O’Charley’s instead and got a much needed adult beverage!
