Ok first online order experience will be the last! Order placed online, confirmation received, card charged– what did I receive: Rude explanations for why pizza wasn’t delivered within 1 .5 hour time frame, when called to speak with store as to why ‘rede livery’ not received within additional 20 minutes– store rep hung up on me. Ultimately called corporate and cancelled order and bought from Jets Pizza in Mount Juliet. This is condensed version of whole interaction. Just take a review note and chose another pizza place. This one shouldn’t even be in business.

Without a doubt, this Pizza Hut location always messes up my order. They have the worst customer service. If you want your order right, do not go to this location.

We wanted to try the new pizzas as they looked good on TV. It was nice so we decided to go out and eat. My first sign that i ignored was the sticky floor. I just figured a kid spilled a soda. Actually the first sign was that no one else was eating here. Wife ordered a gluten free crust and we ordered a specialty pizza. Both orders were wrong… i could hear the cook complaining about the extra work. The place is a dump, the cook can’t follow orders and even the little prize machine didnt work. The ONLY good thing to say was the guy at the front counter was really nice. In fact he was so nice he made sure that we got a credit, free breadsticks and extra drinks. He mad this 1 star review bump up to 3. Good job dude!

Here we go again. Delivery driver was cool. I tipped as usual. Management seems to be the thorn. I think it’s an attitude problem. Called to inquire about my order ’cause it was pretty late. Kindly asked about it, and was barraged with smartypants hostility from the assistant manager(said his name was Kelson), whom answered the phone. I mean, was as I OVERLY nice? I felt like I was a sucker for punishment. He was probably frustrated with his work environment, but there is no excuse for that kind of an attitude with customers. I think somebody needs a time out! lol;) It was sort-of a hostage situation, because I already paid on-line. Also, the kids were hungry. Friday is pizza day at my daycare. I was able to locate my gumption, and I asked about speaking with the General Manager. «Kelson» told me that the manager had recently been fired. Delivery driver told me they would not be charging for my order. That’s cool, but after my free punishment included with this order, I don’t think i’ll be ordering again.
