If I could choose zero stars, I would. I went into this location yesterday(1÷28÷15) at about 10:30. The girls behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me, even when I walked up to the counter. When I finally got their attention, the one«helping» me texted the entire time I explained what I needed help with. When I finished explaining they acted like I was a complete idiot and told me to call customer service and that they couldn’t help me. Meanwhile, customer service told me to go to the store. Once they said they couldn’t help me, they just started talking to each other, ignoring me until I left. They were inexcusably rude. The managers of that location should be embarrassed.

The employee that sold me my phone signed me up for all sorts of things I specifically requested NOT be added, and to top it off, didn’t even give me a copy of my service agreement! I only found out about these extra charges when I looked at my bill online! Very dishonest. I’ve talked to T-Mobile customer service on the phone twice about this and my bill keeps getting higher… wish I had stayed with Sprint! This company is a nightmare to work with! The girl on the phone even told me I could pay the higher amount and they would refund me the $ that I didn’t really owe… yeah right! Very disappointed.
