My husband wanted to get me a new phone for my birthday and I wanted a Nexus 6, so we went to Mt. Juliet, which is the nearest T-Mobile to our area. Sometimes, in our area, the cell signal isn’t so good so my husband asked about the signal booster and if it was REALLY free – ITIS!!! And it works GREAT! I used to have 1 – 2 bars and occasionally NOBARS, but with this little treasure, I have had 5 bars since I got it started(about 6 hours so far). That has never happened and I am so glad that we went there. Oh, and the Nexus 6 is amazing, too. They really want to help you out at that store and I don’t mind driving the 60 miles to get there.

So, I went to the Sprint store to inquire about getting on my boyfriend’s plan in an effort to save money. An employee named Stephen(?) told me all the info I needed to know and even told me he would give me a free iPhone. I left the store very excited and ready to convince my boyfriend this was a good idea. We went back to the store together a few days later ready to add me to his account. Well of course there was now conditions on getting the iPhone for free. I had to add home phone service or internet, blah, blah, blah. NONE of which he mentioned the first time we spoke. I ended up getting a free smartphone(that I AM happy with so far) but it wasn’t the iphone I was told I would receive. I know they have their little sales pitches and all to try and talk you into stuff, but it would be nice to hear all the facts up front and not just throw in important details at the end or on a totally different day! On a more positive note, the guy who set up everything for me was really nice and spent an extra long time TRYING to merge my contacts into my new phone. It didn’t fully work because my phone was so old, or as he called it, «a dinosaur.»: /But at least he tried!
