David redid my deck. Did a great job at a very reasonable price. Did the job when he said he would and finished on time – and even cleaned up exceptionally well. I will use him again!

I got 5 bids to re-​roof my home, and there was 23 years of termite damage. I knew it was going to a lot of time, money, and a big mess. David of Integrated-​not only gave us the very best bid, but he was fast, cleaned up daily, was up on the roof himself, and did an outstanding job. As I was paying David, I asked him if he knew of any real good painters, as I wanted to get a few bids, and start on that next. Once again, David came in with the lowest bid. His crew was respectful of my property, primed, prepped, and gave everything 2 coats! Outstanding attention to detail. A+ again ! David Banach hits nothing but home runs for me! It’s really nice to deal with a professional.

I had my house built in 1980 with an unusual style and a multitude of angles, small sections of flat roof and all cedar vertical siding. My problems started with the very first hard rains. I had leaks all over the house, sued my contractor, had one roofing professional after another attempt to fix my problems to no avail. Some leaks were resolved but until David Banach, who I found thru my church bulletin, arrived many were unresolved.
I have since used David to correct other faulty work done by other contractors such as decks and balconies and am thrilled to death by all he has done for me.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Ever since I bought my house in 2001, I have always had problems with the flat roof. I tried a couple of roofing companies and paid thousands of dollars but eventually, leaks would develop again. They would come back out and «fix» the leaks but alas, nothing worked. Exasperated, I asked my neighbor who is in the realty business if he had a roofing company he could recommend and he said «absolutely,»… it turned out to be David Banach and his Integrated Building and Design Solutions. He was very professional, detail-​oriented, and was here every day till the job was completed. It has been three years now and we have never had leaks… and even better, the cost was a lot less than the other companies!!! Recently, I called him again as we developed a leak from somewhere on our second floor patio. He and his crew came in and painstakingly made the patio leak-​proof. It has rained hard several times this winter season and no leaks!!! He is definitely my go-​to guy for ANY issues with the house now. Thank you again, David.

We started using David about 6 years ago when we had a leak in our bedroom after big storm. He discovered the source of the leak quickly and fixed our siding/​deck. Since then we’ve continued using him for several projects/​repairs including our roof, deck, skylight, kitchen and bathroom.

When we discovered a leak on our third story roof, we got the run around from several roof companies– it was such a pleasure to have discovered David at Integrated Building and Design Solutions. He took the time to truly discover the source of the problem and when he and his crew came to perform the work– he actually stayed on site until the work was completed. He is knowledgable, kind and a man of integrity who stands by his work. Their are honest contractors out there!!! He even saved the day to help us with a heating issue when the original repair person didn’t have a tall enough ladder.

David and his Integrated Building Company are professional and efficient. I was extremely impressed on how quickly they completed my roof. The roofers took great care of my property while doing the job. The very next day it poured all day. THERE WERE NO LEAKS… I have had several contractors working in my home during the past few months and have been told that a supervisor would be coming by to check on the workers. Nobody ever came to supervise the workers or to follow up on the their work done. A supervisor from Integrated Building did come to visit and ask me how things were going. Thank you. It was a great experience working with this company and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Integrated Building and Roofing any day!
