Kroger Food Stores

horrendous looking produce, and constantly finding products that are past their «sell by» date. Found a product on the shelf once that had been expired for 3 months! Appalling store. I really wish another chain would give Kroger competition in this region, because they apparently feel like they don’t have to try.

The dirtiest Kroger I have ever been in. Try to clean something and stock the store. Just get rid of this one and start over again.

I sent Kroger an email several weeks ago, but apparently they completely ignored it. The Kroger store in Hernando, MS is the absolute worst I have ever been to. When you first walk in you immediately notice how filthy everything is. Then the produce department is a mess. There is rotted fruit everywhere with flies buzzing around. The rest of the store is in disarray, like they just throw stuff on the shelves and let it go at that. Speaking of the employees, they are mostly rude and definitely unhelpful. I mentioned this to a man I believe to be a manager there and his attitude was more or less «whatever, as long as I get paid, I don’t care».
It is a shame that Kroger is so pathetic here. The only other choice is wal-​mart and they are just as pathetic! I can’t believe I live in a town that has a Kroger and I still have to drive 30 minutes away just to buy groceries.
Kroger, if you read this, know that I am not the only one who knows how pathetic this store is. Do something about it as soon as possible! Hernando needs this store! It does not have to fancy or anything as long as it is clean and well-​kept, and has friendly, helpful employees. As it is, this store is a shameful example of how pathetic some stores can be. In fact, this Kroger could be the poster child for pathetic stores. Kroger, stop being so pathetic and fix this store!!!
11÷29÷14 — Sadly, I have had to leave Hernando. Now the only choice is wal-​mart. I guess even the crappiest of all Kroger stores is better than any wal-​mart.
Still, I say to Kroger, Hernando needs this store. You NEED to improve it ASAP!!! Why did you let it get in this condition anyway? I hope you don’t let too many stores become as bad as this one.
I like Kroger. The products selection is good. Even the store brand is good for most products. Keep up the good work overall, but go to Hernando and see how bad it is there. Send the top people there, the CEO, CIO, COO, etc.; all those people that have a title that are making all the money and show them what the Hernando store has become. I bet they will be appalled and ready to blow a gasket over this place. And do it right now!!!
