Great place, wonderful prices, amazing customer service !!! Do I need to say more! this the Kohinoor diamond of all Indian store in northern Virginia. Very clean and organized nothing like the typical Indian store.

Very impressive Indian grocery store — so far the best I’ve seen in the NOVA area. The entrance is slightly deceptive because when you enter it opens up to a surprisingly large store area — both in width and depth. The aisles are wide, floors are clean and clutter free(bye bye Patel Bros.), and the shelves are neatly stacked with price labels. There are more items than you could imagine representing brands and regions across India and North American Indian brands. The vegetable section doesn’t just carry all the Indian staples — cilantro, cauliflower, eggplant, green chilies, etc. but has fresh fruit as well! The refrigerated spaces are clean and plentiful allowing for a huge variety of frozen items unlike the clunky refrigerators of many other Indian stores. The owner has gone all out with this store and has not compromised in staffing it nicely. There were at least four people I could see who were readily available for help in locating items, and checking out. And, checkout is fast when you are using the state of the art bar coding, unlike Patel Bros. who still enters prices and quantities by hand! Curry Leaf should be the new gold standard for Indian and Ethnic Grocery stores across the region.

The place is clean, but their customer service is very poor. I got dal(was store brand) from here and found a live bug in it. When I took it back to exchange, they wanted to see the bug(which I did show them) and instead of refunding the money, they said I could get a different pack of the store brand dal. I refused to buy the store brand and went with laxmi brnd instead and they charged me couple of additional dollars as price difference. Do not buy the store brand products from here to save a couple of bucks. Go with good brands.

Fantastic store, very clean, and all the products look amazing. Frankly, I think this is the best store in this shopping center. I was taken aback as to how many people actually visited the store in the middle of the day. They process customers fast and have a very wide selection of products. It’s a wonderful store, they’ve only been around for six months and it’s amazing the selection of products that they have already on their shelves. My favorite, mango chutney, to die for.

Glad to finally have a comprehensive Indian store in KMart Plaza, and I can’t believe it took so long to finally get one! I was able to find everything I needed on my very long shopping list, and prices were very reasonable. The staff were nice, polite, and helpful when I needed assistance. I’m definitely coming back here for spices from now on.

The first thing that you notice about this place is how clean and nicely arranged the store is. The turbaned manager is one of the sweetest guys /store managers I have spoken to. He went an extra step to get us what we wanted. He was humble, down-to-earth and open to feedback — very rarely have I found store managers say«hope you had a good experience, BUT please let us know how we can do better.» This place is stocked with everything that you expect at an Indian grocery store. In fact, the guys who run this are also manufacturers themselves — they have a great variety of spices and pulses from their own brand. For the first time, I actually felt like spending time to walk thru the aisles and see what I wanted versus my typical — enter-pick-up exactly what I need — exit. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you want a nice, clean grocery experience with friendly, helpful staff :)

What an Indian grocery store should be like! They have everything you could want and even many things that I did not know you could get. Most importantly, it is clean, bright and has unbeatable prices!

Finally fully indian grocery store in herndon, Nice to see all items meticulously arranged. Price is reasonable but hope so this is not trap to attract customers and once settled down come to original level. Good thing you can get right from dry fish to samosa. They need to add more in vegetable items so need to move out for different store for vegetable. Rest is everthing is good.

Came to know about this new grocery shop and went there first time today. We are pleasantly surprised to see lot of varieties of all groceries, vegetables and snacks etc and the prices are the lowest I have ever seen. Can you believe 2 samosas for $ 1? Going forward, we are going to shop here only.
