Worst. Customer. Service. Guy messed up my order and skimped on giving me the full quantity. When I asked for the rest of it he refused to give it because he wanted to try it… seriously?

I just spent near $ 15 for a «fresh» juice and a lemon/​ginger/​cayenne shot. The shot tasted like fake lemon you get in a squeeze bottle — so I asked if it was fresh — NOPE! Why would I pay $ 5.00 for a fake and horrible product? Isn’t this what Robek’s should pride themselves on? Fresh wholesome ingredients? I am disgusted I even sipped it and put that in my body.

0 stars would have been more appropriate.
I registered with Robeks and instantly got a coupon for a free smoothie at equal or lesser value.
When I presented my coupon to the store manager he said it was invalid… even after confirming the date and store location. He called the owner, Omar Calagayud who also refused to honor the promotion.
Oh well…
Thankfully I went to Tropical Smoothie Café instead. It’s better quality, cheaper, and you can dine/​drink — in unlike @ Robeks.

Really like this location and the one in Reston.
This location, the employees are really nice! The service is super fast and they customize your drinks as you’d like.
I asked for my smoothie to be a little thicker and she upgraded me from a medium to a large.
Great customer service, love it!

Truly stellar service at this Robeks location in Herndon! Caroline one of my favorite staff members that work there always remembers my name as well as my husband Clark and always remembers what we order– which
Is usually the Acai energizer add strawberries, bananas, greek yogurt, peanut butter, and a bunch of supplements… Dave the owner is very friendly as well! Truly wonderful customer service at this location!

Love Robek’s! I’m sad the Fairfax location closed, because that was closer to me, but whenever I’m in the neighborhood this really hits the spot.

Props to robeks because they are the only place I know if in northern Virginia where you can get fresh juice. However they are not consistent when it comes to the juice. Sometimes they put too much lemon, sometimes not enough. The same recipe never really tastes the same every time. Sometimes there are particles of greens and vegetable from the juicer not being cleaned well enough.
The place is clean. If you come here during lunch, good luck finding a spot.
It is overpriced for juice.
The Herndon location does have a great staff however. They are very friendly and accomodating.

Snagged an Evergreen juice here today. It was made very well. The service was excellent and the young man working behind the counter was gregarious and talkative.
I added ginger root to it which adds a nice touch to any juice. Convenient, and was quick as well because the machine was already cleaned and ready to go. I’ve had to wait for the machine to be cleaned before, so if you’re heading there for a juice, then be cognizant that there may be a wait as juicers are a pain to clean.

Staff is a bit wierd at times, and the smoohies don’t taste the same every time, which is why someone comes back and orders the same thing. …but other than that the concept, options and what not is wonderful! I’m currently trying all their juices with my groupon for five medium juicrs and enjoying that thoroughly. Robeks is also much better (healthier and nutritious) than its competitors in this area, like smoothie king, who make glorified milkshakes.
Try a wheat grass shot!

I love me some robeks but this location is not nearly as clean and up to par as the one in Reston. I only go because its conveniently located close to my apt, gym and work. My fav smoothie is the 100lb gorilla but they always get it wrong here. One time it was so bad that I swear he used expired yogurt. My tropical kale and acai bowls have been fine though, and I love getting the beets, kale and ginger juices when I’m doing a cleanse!

good service, fast, good smoothie– a bit pricey

My go to is the P-​but power shake, so amazing. Very friendly staff, never had a bad experience. I am pretty regular there and to avoid waiting 5 mins you can always call ahead your order, really like that especially when your limited on time.
There prices are a little high but locally in Herndon there just isn’t any other smoothie place around that’s as good.

The people who work here are so nice ! This was my first time at Robeks and Ill definitely be back :)

The Acai Especial Bowl is delicious!

The service is quick and professional and the drinks are super tasty!

I love smoothies and for some reason I feel like they are healthier than Tropical Smoothie, although I probably just made that up in my head. They offer different fruits/​veggie juices too which is really nice if you want something healthy but aren’t in the mood for a smoothie. I started drinking the tropi-​kale smoothies when I was pregnant because I felt like it was an easy and delicious way to get some extra vitamins but they way too expensive, like $ 7 and some change for one smoothie. I finally decided I had to break my habit because the price was just too high for a smoothie. Also I have never been given a receipt here which I found odd and I finally checked my statement and noticed I was charged different prices when ordering the same smoothie. So I’m not really sure about that but I’ve since started ordering other, less expensive smoothies which are still pretty delicious.

I prefer Robeks over Jamba Juice, etc and usually get a Pina Koolada (no boost). Also their biggest sized drinks aren’t accurate and you’ll actually get less ounces than advertised so definately choose the regular or small size if you don’t want to get riped off. Also I think they still have the punch cards so when you buy so many you get a free one. If you’re watching waistline be sure you know how many calories is actually in your smoothie (I find the info on their website is innacurate as well which annoys me)… most don’t seem that healthy and I don’t feel I get any «boost» from any of there costly extra additives but that’s just my opinion.

The more i come here, the more i love this place. They are always quick with service and the smoothies are always great.
I have tried a bunch and will always go for the Outrageous Raspberry.
Also kinda pumped, they made a mistake making more order last time and gave me a free smoothie.

I almost always order the Acai Especial Bowl unless I happen to feel like loading up on a smoothie.
Their Acai Especial Bowl makes me feel like I can freely eat «a tub of ice cream» without feeling like a total fatty afterwards. The acai frozen yogurt is loaded with frozen bananas and blueberries, and crunchy sweet granola. It poses as a delicious but healthy dessert alternative.

My mistake, this location is MUCH better than the Reston location. DO NOT go to the Reston Robek’s!
While I wouldn’t recommend their food if you are looking for healthy eats that actually have flavor, I would recommend Robek’s overall for their healthy options. They are conveniently located between Chipotle and Saladworks, and this made it impossible for me to find, but I was glad I did because the employees here are really nice.
