«I liked it.» This is from the view of someone who likes no-pressure sales. After making a purchase, we looked online and saw that the salesperson had neglected to describe most features of the bed. His main questions were, what is your price range, and do you like a soft or firm feel? Make sure to provide an up to date address and phone number for delivery needs. Also, we did purchase an accessory – a mattress cover – so be prepared to tack on an extra fee to cover a peripheral or two. This store is part of a chain that let us easily return a faulty mattress. The return was conducted mostly online, with a product number that we brought with us to apply an in-store credit for a new mattress.

My brother went in to purchase a mattress set for me and another for himself. The set for me was to be picked up in another state, his was delivered locally in Herndon. Dave, sold the wrong size for the NC pick up, then has refused to fix the problem. He has delayed with excuses, like at first, Dave says, ok, let me talk with my manager and call me back tomorrow. Then he’s not at work the next day. Then he says he has to call his district manager and doesn’t get back to you in weeks. Then it’s message tag. This has gone on for three months now. Today I speak with Dave in Herndon and he tells me the difference in price between the full and queen sets, I say I will pay it. Then he calls the NC location(which is where the mattress exchange needs to happen) and tells them that he is unwilling to do the exchange because it has been too long since the sale! ITSTHISGUYSFAULTTHATITHASBEENSOLONG. I am so upset, I don’t have words to describe. I feel filthy because this guy spread so much crap on me just minutes before he tells theStatesville NC location that they won’t do anything to resolve the problem. First he sold two mattresses, one was the wrong size and for whatever reason it was the wrong size, I mean you know what size you need walking into the store, right. I think this guy hit the wrong button when arranging the pick up at the Statesville, NC location and just didn’t want to take responsibility for the mistake! Why do people think they can put customers off until time runs out to get it right? This is just bad service and I hope people read reviews BEFOREPURCHASE! Thank goodness for the Statesville, NC location, they know what good customer service means.

Dave is a legitimate con artist. He sold me a king mattress and added in shipping, frame, and a mattress cover. He said they were included when really we were charged for them and they refused to refund the return the next day. He got the most commission possible and screwed us.

No pressure sales, pricing was reasonable, selection was good, and our transaction time was less than 30 minutes. It would have been quicker had the«sleep test» equipment worked. We tried but the display screen kept going out so we had to give up on that. We really would have liked to have completed that evaluation process. :( The salesman was courteous and busy… juggled a couple other customers while we were there. The delivery was the very next day and we are pleased with the service and the mattress. :)

I wish I would have read this review and made a better choice in purchasing a frame and mattress. The customer service is horrible and I will NEVEREVER recommend to anyone to purchase from this store. I tried to return bed rails that didn’t fit on our bed frame and they refused. They said they had a no return policy– none of which is stated on the receipt or by store employees.
