Reliable and fast, haven’t had a problem there and the food is pretty decent.

Worst restaurant ever. They got my order wrong twice and don’t have the decency to apologize. Stay away.

Neatly maintained Taco Bell. Visited there three times in the last three days. Trying out new dishes every time and kids also like it.

The worst lines in the drive thru no matter what time of day you go. The franchisor seems like he wants to save every penny by having very little workers. I’ve gone to this for years — nothing has changed. Expect to wait 24 minutes during late visits.

Not the best Taco Bell in the world. They typically do well… however once I saw them prepare a taco using the same gloves they had just used to wipe the counter. My last visit there on a Wednesday night, they took 25 minutes to bring out my order.(They were backed up with drive-thru and gave drive-thru the priority.) The quesalupas are amazing though. Also, don’t leave Taco Bell without ordering your cinnamon delights! They’re heaven in your mouth!

The food is good but the customer service and actually getting what you ordered is few and far in between. Not to mention almost EVERYTIME we order a taco with NOLETTUCE, and it says it on the receipt, we get lettuce. Last Thursday, we stopped by the drive thru on our way home for a quick meal. The order was incorrect off the bat(by 1st glance there were hard tacos and we didn’t order any). I took it in and they apologized and said they would fix it. After that 2 more people came in with wrong orders(1 wanted black beans in his taco). 15 minutes later a HS kid working there with a bad attitude brought out a bag and said«Who’s is this?!» And I asked what was in it. He said with an attitude, «This is whoever complained about their food. This is theirs!» To which I pointed out we were all here because our orders were wrong so what’s in the bag?! He pulled out a receipt and I saw it was mine. I checked and yet again, hard tacos. I waved down the manager and advised the order is still wrong. There are no fiesta potatoes and we didn’t order hard tacos. He gave it to someone else to fulfill a new order. After that, the HS kid came back again and added the wrong beans yet again to the other patrons meal. We finally got our food 15 minutes later(30 minutes all together waiting for our food to be corrected at a fast food joint) and I spot checked and went home. By this time, if they didn’t get it right, they never would. We got home and passed out everyone’s food only to find out the tacos that said NOLETTUCE, had lettuce. Today, I went back to get breakfast because the AM Crunchwraps are delicious. I ordered 2AM Crunchwraps, 1 egg and bacon biscuit and 24-packs of the cinnabons. At glance everything was there. When I got home, we got our tacos but only 12-pack of cinnabons. I called the manager and he said he will make it up to me if I swing by later today which I will but that will be the last time I visit this location. They must’ve hired new folks or people that can’t read English because this is absolutely ridiculous. Corporate needs to be involved.

Definitely as good as any Taco Bell. Friendly staff and nice quick drive through service.

Absolutely nasty and uncooked food… Put meat on my vegetarian order… And would not return my money because they forgot to give me a receipt!!! Worst service ever… I don’t expect much going to fast food places… And I don’t go often… This is most likely one of the many reasons why!!!

No real complaints, they have never screwed up an order. I don’t eat fast food very often to begin with but this is close to my house so when I’m ravenous and desperate and nearby, I come here. The only time I’ve ever had an issue was when their monitor was broken. I couldn’t hear them at all and they couldn’t hear me, but it wasn’t a problem. The woman working early on Saturday morning, beautiful young girl with braces, was very nice and perky and I appreciated it. Normally with drive through workers in this area you get people that hate their job, hate their life, hate themselves, and clearly hate you for contributing to it… but she was an exception and in my 10AM fog I enjoyed seeing someone who wasn’t miserable. She might just be young and naïve, but I hope a manager sees this and makes the working environment for the other employees a little easier so they are happier like her. It made a difference. I will note this location never gives me a hard time for asking for extra sauce or baja sauce. McDonalds down the street(the one time I went) scolded me for asking for extra ranch packets and said they will not do it again. There’s a reason why I’ve only been there one time.

This Taco Bell is better than the one in Sterling. They are consistent with the quality and accuracy of the orders. They even let us have a little celebration of the new breakfast menu several months ago at their location(see photo)! Brought a tablecloth and fun plates and silver-colored plasticware — and ordered everything off the new breakfast menu :) Although I’m not a fan of the breakfast menu, their gordita crunch is always yummy. And whenever the beefy crunch burrito is on the menu, I’m the happiest chica in Herndon!

It should be zero stars, but sadly, that’s not an option. Ask for no onions on the bean burrito… got extra onions(see photo of food and receipt). Also ordered no lettuce on my taco… guess again, lettuce on taco! Listen fast food nation — you want more than minimum wage, start acting like you deserve it! We will not be going back to this location. Terrible customer service as well.

Taco Bell, we meet again. On Friday’s at my job, we have what’s called Taco Bell Friday. It’s an opportunity for my teammates and I to bond over lettuce, sour cream and beans. We went there yesterday, as planned and here’s what happened. First things first, 5 of us walk into the Taco Bell and this meth head looking guy walks in behind us. He quickly bypasses us, saying«I’m going to have to cut in front of you because you guys are going to take too long». Um… okay Breaking Bad. He then goes on to order like 10 tacos. Great. This was only a hiccup in the meal. We moved on, because we were all stoked to get our crunchwrap supreme on. We all ordered our food, and I went to order my usual. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme(no beef, sub beans) and a crispy potato soft taco(my favorite item on the 99 cent menu). I walked away and was talking to my coworker who also doesn’t eat meat. She mentioned that he did not ring up her order correctly and although she ordered a potato taco, he punched in a beef soft taco. I looked at my receipt and noticed the same thing. The woman cooking the food in the back came up to confirm that 1) I didn’t want beans OR beef in my Crunchwrap Supreme(i.e. I wanted NOTHING in there) and 2) I wanted a beef soft taco. I was like… no that’s absolutely incorrect. She apologized profusely and then gave the cashier a dirty look. He basically said nothing, did not acknowledge that he had made mistakes, and actually acted like he didn’t understand what was going on. Beyond that, the food was… okay. It was a little soggy, but I’m just lucky I didn’t have beef in my food. My friend can’t say the same. Bottom line: be careful with the cashier. He is not good at taking orders. Ironic, right?

Oh Taco Bell, you called to me late at night. Chalupa was as good as any other, XXL Stuft Burrito was decent. Beef Hard Taco was as good as it always is. Got my food fast. Only problem with the place was that it was a little convoluted to get to the drive thru.

I probably come to this TB atleast once a week because it’s not overly far from my work. I’ve noticed the hours of this TB are always changing for the drive thru so be aware if you’re coming here late night. The employee I like the most here is like a Philipino/Asian girl who I’ve seen working here from her first day to currently. Tonight some middle eastern guy gave me the wrong combo meal, and they also have some spanish girl that is really annoying when trying to give her my order because she either trys to double my order or isn’t paying any attention when taking my order and I constantly have to repeat it to her. Other than that… it’s just your average fast food taco bell, nothing super special or authentic, and they do occasionally mess up my order.

It’s Taco Bell, we all know that we’re not here to be blown away by Mexican Fusion or something life changing. If you want a ton of food and don’t want to spend a ton of money or you’ve been out drinking all night and need to satisfy your unhealthy sodium craving you arrive here. The thing that earned 4 stars was the absolutely cheery attitude of the girl working the drive through. She sounded like she was practically excited about working and made the 6 or 7 min I was in line seem like no big deal. This place is usually clean and they seem to try and keep employees working here that don’t exude the, «I hate my job so I’m going to ruin your life» vibe that some fast food joints have. My experience was very, very positive especially compared to the black hole of awful that is the Wendy’s next door.
