Hershey, PA
Local and have gone four or five times thinking their customer service may get better, but it never does. This place always has the worst customer service when it comes to getting any help with what you need (whether printing or something in the store). I am through with Staples when there is a complete web wanting my business (and usually with live chat CS help too I might add). In this case I will no longer help stimulate my local economy. I have no idea how this place stays in business.
