Set up a 4:30 appointment for a quote at a property in Hesperia and let them know i was coming from fullerton in orange county. Called ahead at 4:15 and got no answer and called several times more until finally reached kelly who said she forgot but will send contractor right away. We waited two hours after first call in front of house and several follow up calls before mike showed up. I explained to kelly house was gutted by vandals and piping and electrical torn out plus holes everywhere when I set appointment. After mike saw it and showed two hours late he said he didnt have time to bid and could i come back or have someone else let him in later. I explained i was the one to let him in and needed him to bid now as agreed which he said he couldnt. I told him I was not happy with that and would let others know how he does business. At that point he got on the phone in front of me and told his wife kelly I was being an a.hole. I was going to pay for bid… it wasnt free. He was very unprofessional and would not hire him based on the first impression he put forth.
