I absolutely love this office. Everyone here is great! Both Anna and Leslie do an amazing job. I recommend anyone to this office, I’m even going here while pregnant and it’s been the best thing for me. You’d be surprised how much it helps your whole body.

Anna is incredible! She truly cares about me as her patient… Listens to my concerns about my health and back and neck. She was knowledgeable in creating a plan to get my spine back to health. After my 12 week treatment I saw a huge improvement by more that 70% in my neck. She has continued to work with me to restore my strength and movement and my headaches have been reduced by 100%.
I would suggest her and her practice to all that I know! I trust her and will be a patient for life

I am writing this review on the morning of my chiropractic program’s last visit. Although I am eager to see my x-​rays, I know they will just reflect the tremendous improvements I have gained with the help of Dr. Anna and the staff at Hands of Health Chiropractic. Staying fit has always been a passion of mine. As I got older, that same joy became pain filled as I unknowingly allowed my back and spine to be used and abused. Today I can squat deeper, bend farther and lift with confidence, all without the pain each morning reminding me of the day before. Some say this program is too expensive but, can you really put a price on your own well being? Thank you Dr. Anna, Dr. Leslie, MT Veronica and their staff, Elizabeth, Nicole and Jolene for all you’ve done for me. Two thumbs up for Hands of Health Chiropractic.

Quite possibly the best workplace and coworkers I have had the pleasure to work with! Doctors Anna and Lesley truly care about your well being. If you want healthcare and not sick care, please give them a shot. Prior to working here, I had no idea of the magnitude of benefits chiropractic care held. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by someone manipulating my spine! If you are a little reluctant, give them a try. They are so gentile yet extremely effective! I have been coming here for a year and a half and I love it! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to stop taking strong pain meds and allergy meds because of being properly aligned. Dr. Leslie and Dr. Anna are amazing.

Prior to my visits, I was almost slipping into depression because of all the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. Within 3 weeks I was feeling almost back to my old self again! I would say this was a life changing eye opener and I have been raving to everyone I know on the importance of chiropractic health and the great staff located at this facility. 5 stars!

This is not a place for people who want a short term quick fix. I’ve been to Chiros before who crack your back in a few spots and send you on your way. Those never worked for me. These doctors are seriously wanting to help people feel better, and make a difference. Actual health care. Not sick care.
I’ve had low back and hip pain for many years, but it’s been getting worse over the years and I was in constant pain when I finally got fed up. I saw a doctor, got X-​rays, and an mri.
One doctor said I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon. Saw him. He told me I would need spinal injections every three months, for the rest of my life. He also told me not to bother seeing a chiro, which would make my back worse. So I got a second opinion. My other doctor, Dr. Maki, told me to try the chiro and recommend me to Dr. Anna. I already knew my back was in bad shape, and I needed long term care. So after hearing Dr. Anna’s treatment plan, I was ready to start feeling better. All of the doctors I saw agreed that I would lose the use of my legs in just a few years if this didn’t get fixed.
I love Dr. Anna’s no nonsense, straight to the point, here are the facts attitude. Yet she is still playful and nice at the same time. She listens to what I am saying, and I feel has genuine concern for my health.
Some people may not like her pricing, but I believe seeing her 3 times a week for three months is well worth her price. What would you ask someone to pay you for that much of your time? As a business owner I know time is money.
I am into my ²⁄₃ phase now. When I first came to her, My pain was every single day. After a few short weeks my pain is maybe once a week. My treatment plan come with two massages, so far I’ve had one, and I really enjoyed it! What a big difference the right massage and the right corrective therapy make! After 9 years of pain, I am finally starting to feel better.
I’m not forced to take any of the harmful day or night pain meds the other doctors gave me.
I am always greeted with a smile and a «good morning!» From Michelle, the office is always clean, and smells so nice. Wait time is about 5 seconds.
I also have my family getting treated by Dr. Anna. My children are seeing her regularly. My husband will start seeing her in a few weeks. I’ve seen Dr. Leslie once, when Dr. Anna was unavailable, and she is wonderful too. They both treat you like a human being, not just a chart or number. They both take the time to listen and actually hear what you are saying.
I highly recommend anyone seeking long term relief, visit Hands of Health. I can’t remember the last time I felt this well. Wonderful doctors. This is what health care should be about!

Dr. Les is sooooo nice and helpful! It’s a bit pricey but my back is feeling loads better as time goes on, she explained it to me in a way I would understand and didn’t waste time. Over all, you get what you spend.

Visited Dr. Anna back when I was overdue with my 2^nd child. One of her specialties are maternity care and a special technique that can help bring on labor. She did some odd testing I’d never had done before, it felt less science, more county fair-​ish. They tried to sell me on regular services, and coming back for x-​rays and other needs. More pushy in the sales department than I prefer in a chiropractic office, so although I liked the one time maternity care, I returned to my primary chiropractor post-​baby.

I was given a «gift certificate“for a consultation with Dr. Anna by a friend and I thought I would give her a try. After the consultation she sent me for x-​rays and told me to come back the next day for results and a treatment plan. The next day she went over the x-​rays and showed me all the areas I had problems and then told that it would take 12 – 18 months to «heal» my issues and I would have to come three times a week for the first three months. The cost of treatment was around $ 3K. I Was overwhelmed and said I needed to think about it. She made it clear that, in her opinion, the only way I would get better was to follow her plan otherwise I would just deteriorate.
I left her office and went to the lab to get copies of my x-​rays. I thought I would take them to another chiropractor to get a second opinion. I waited around and was given a cd with the x-​rays and a printed copy of the findings from the radiologist. The finding stated, «Slight straightening of the normal lordotic curve. Vertebrae bodies are intact. Disc spaces are normally maintained. Facet joint are normal. No subluxation or instability with flexion or extension.» This information was in direct conflict with the information the Dr. Anna reported to me after her review of my x-​rays. I was perplexed.
I called chiropractor Dr. Daniel Twogood in Apple Valley and made an appointment. I was given an appointment that very afternoon. He took me in his office, examined me thoroughly and then treated me with heat, muscle stimulation and an adjustment. I was in his office no more then an hour and was feeling completely better. He gave me some suggestions of what I could do nutritionally and some exercises. I asked if I should make another appointment and he said only if I had any issues in a week. The cost $ 35 dollars. Now to be honest it has only been one day, but I feel so much relief it’s incredible.
My advice, get a second opinion, review your own x-​rays and the info from the radiologist, and use some common sense. I question Dr. Anna’s methods and philosophy. It honestly felt like a scam.

I always try out an establishment involving health before I take my children, and I was very impressed with the thorough consultation I had with Dr. Anna. I began care during my pregnancy because my other chiropractor was not Webster certified as Anna is. The care I’ve received has been phenomenal!
I take my almost three year old monthly and he loves it! They are so good with him too. I just had my baby two weeks ago, and took him in today. Anna checked to find what was out, and my son cried the entire time. Then, as soon as she adjusted him, he fell asleep. Literally the moment she did, he stopped crying and calmed right down. He had also been acting constipated and that was immediately solved as well!
I look forward to our entire family receiving care here throughout our lives. So glad to have found such an amazing and knowledgable staff!!!

Thanks for wasting my time… Went in on ¹¹⁄₂₄ she wanted me to get X-​rays, and come back the next day either way if I get the X-​rays or not! The line for the X-​ray was over two hours so I did not wait. Came back the next day ¹¹⁄₂₅ and she said she would not see me without X-​rays

The team at Hands of Health is absolutely wonderful. I’m so happy that I came across this place. I have never had a group of people more genuinely interested in my health and well being, and who work their absolute hardest to give their patients the best care possible. They are also great at coming up with a payment plan that works for you. Dr. Lesley Vance is amazing, and I’d recommend anyone who thinks they may need chiropractic treatment to go in for a consultation with her.

I have never had chiropractic care until my mid 40’s and my experience with Dr. Anna has been excellent. She takes the time to explain what is going on with my body and what she can do to help me heal. Their office is extremely professional, helpful and has gone out of their way to fit my schedule. I drive over 100 miles to see them and I would not have it any other way which says a lot. She is approachable and has answered all questions that I have ever asked. She has helped my wife during multiple pregnancies and it has made a world of difference. I trust her with my health and my family’s.

Dr. Anna is awesome. She takes the time to explain everything and what you SHOULD do, without all the pushy selling. Waiting times are almost non-​existent and when you walk through the door, you’re greeted by your first name.
Love this place, have referred my friends and will continue to.

Dr. Anna is the best. This is the place to come to, to be educated about your spine and staying healthy. She is very on time with her appointments and there is very minimal wait times. She treats the whole family too from infant to elderly and has a nice treatment area especially for kids.

Dr. Anna has been adjusting me for the past year or so. I crave her adjustments not only because they feel sooo good, but I know that her approach to chiropractic is preventative and It helps me stay healthy! She s the best, hands down!
