If I could give zero or negative stars I would… My wife and daughter came here to get some save the date cards for my daughter’s sweet sixteen. she only turns sixteen once right. So with that being said you would think that a place that works with people would be understanding. but no, these women at this place were awful. they clearly don’t understand the meaning of customer service. if a customer has a problem you don’t talk back or give them attitude. you try to fix the problem and present a solution. But Angela did quite the opposite. she did everything that doesn’t define customer service, she didn’t own up to what she said, then when it was brought you to her attention she denied, that to me is low. she said our order would be ready two days from the proof date, and they weren’t… The owner then took over, finally someone that will help right. wrong, she was just as bad if not worst. she didn’t ease the situation she just added more flame tour the
wife was already frustrated because of one of her employees and now she has to put with another equally stubborn person. my suggestion walk away from this place. and if you already went there I hope you catch these ladies on a good day lol… someone get some customer service skills please before you lose your business.
