Best Mexican food in the High dessert! Extremely authentic! Everything is fresh and made to order! When the owner found out it was our first time here he brought us several samples of Menudo /Posole /Birria! Everything was great! Kids loved the Asada Tacos! I had the roles tacos(taquitos) Wifey had the fish tacos. Loved it! Horchata was fresh not made from a mix! We will make this a regular stop

I love this place best mexican food in the high desert. Always very friendly too. The carne asada fries are very delicious just wish they had a little more meat. But is still very filling. It is also very authentic. So if you are looking for good tacos de cabeza or tripas(beef head or intestines) they are delicious. Highly recommended it. I just wish they would renovate it.

They have the best Menudo ever! They compliment it with handmade tortillas. The only thing is that they don’t add hominy(corn) and you must request it.

Looking for the best Birria in the high desert? The Birria here is chock full of flavor. The broth is rich rich rich! Plenty of meat. No skimpy here. Hand made tortillas take it to the next level. You won’t find Donald Trump here but you will find the best of Mexico.

The breakfast burrito took over 20 minutes to make. It was tiny and cost like $ 6. Wasn’t impressed. Maybe this place is best loved for it’s seafood?

I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!! I have tasted the Al Pastor Burrito and LOVEDIT!!! Their customer service is great! I have tried the Oysters as well and they were delicious. Other Seafood places that I have gone to end up having a funny taste to some Oysters, but these were so good even my 6 year old daughter ate them! I don’t mind the prices at all, anywhere you go that has Seafood is going to be a little high in their prices. That’s just how it is when it comes to Seafood.

Over priced, disgusting food. Had the shrimp cocktail after reading all the reviews and it had a very off taste. We also ordered the chile verde… the tortillas are made fresh is is awesome, but the chile verde was very salty and had more bones than meat. Ive never had bones in this dish before… anywhere. Shrimp Cocktail was $ 15…and the Chile Verde plate was about the same price. Don’t waste your money. Also, seats are ripped and torn. If Im dropping $ 15 a plate I expect better ambiance.

No air conditioning for hot summer months, had to walk out. Maybe good for cooler weather.

This is the most authentic Mexican food I have found here in the high desert. The carne de Al pastor is on point. I’m very picky with Mexican food especially since i grew up eating it everyday but this place is truly the closest to home cooking I’ll get. Service is great too.

I hate to be the one to bring the ratings down. I thought Rigobertos was the chain from San Diego, turns out they are a smaller, local chain. (#3 is in Barstow) Service is super nice, two ladies doing all the work. Nice salsa bar, good start. Cheap prices and a large selection. Free chips, salsa and beans, score! I got the two fish tacos with rice and beans, that was a solid 4 stars, crispy fish, everything very good, fresh. Also had to try the torta with al pastor, all bread no meat, but the meat all gristle, so you didn’t really want much of it anyways. My husband had 2 burritos, both al pastor and was pretty dissapointed as well, the meat is just not good quality. I would be back for the fish, rice, beans and fantastic service, the meat, however, no bueno, maybe other types are better.
