The customer service was good, however it was your typical sales pitch. Sleep number mattresses have got to be the worst mattresses ever made. If you really want one, go buy an air mattress from Costco and put a mattress pad on top. It was a great waste of $ 3000. Sold that bad boy on craigslist for $ 600, what a deal. I could understand if only I did not like it, but my wife hated it too. Some friends of mine bought one and hated it just as much. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Do not buy a sleep by number bed! biggest waste of money ever! Also do not forget that the warranty is non transferable! not even to your own family! It is just a fancy airbed that they claim is so wonderful, if you make it to soft your just sleeping on a squishy bed. Also if anything ever goes wrong you will roll off of one side onto the hard platform, and they do not offer expedited shipping or service to help fix your bed, so basically they really DO NOT CARE about your sleep.
