I have no idea how this store stays in business as every time I I come in here I am literally the only person in the store besides the lone employee behind the counter. The store is quite large yet every time I stop in looking for something specific they do not carry it or it is out of stock. The lone customer service representative usually is no help as they don’t really know where items are and you are left wondering the store on a search for the 1 item you need.
I will say that the store does seem to carry the bare basics as well as certain cold and frozen items. The one good thing this store has going for it is that it is really clean, but given the lack of customers I would not expect anything less.

I come to this Duane Reade quite often. I enjoy browsing the store, and the staff members are very nice. The store is also clean and has a pretty decent selection of every day items that you might need. The store is also pretty big. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pricing. They have now partnered up with Walgreens so the pricing might eventually be a little cheaper but I find CVS to have cheaper prices then the Duane Reade store.
