Bed Bath & Beyond

The store is big and feels clean. Plenty variety to choose from. A lot of curtain designs, bed linen, towels etc.

The customer service at this store leaves much to be desired. I called today requesting to know whether they had the set of 14 shoe boxes available for purchase. After being placed on hold 3 different times by 3 different representatives, I was hung up on. I called another time and requested to speak with the manager, and I was once again placed on hold. Needless to say, I never got my answer. They were inconvenient and did not put the customer’s needs first. Definitely not the Bed, Bath & Beyond experience I’m accustomed to.

First time at this. location and will definitely be going back. This place is huge with an excellent selection. You will find things in here that you won’t find at most other bed bath and beyond. They have a huge selection of art work/​wall décor and bedding scored a king size thick fuzzy blanket that you sink into for cheap… they also have a huge amount of merchandise on clearance as well.

The weekends here are nasty. The lines, merchandise on the floor. I came only to get curtains and saw a beautiful crimson red curtain that’s thick and it was on clearance! I was excited and quickly grabbed it and went to check out.
Surprisingly there was no line. I was attended after the gossiping ladies realized I was standing there waiting.
Surprise, the curtains I chose thought are not special (it’s the same color and the same name brand)
They called done guy to help. I stood there for over 15 minutes but I was invisible. Apparently their priority was to get rid of the huge line that formed.
Finally the manager came over after a good 20 minutes of standing there, but he had his properties so he told me to wait.
In the end he gave me a deal which I honestly wasn’t pleased with but I act on desperation (my room is way too bright)
The manager Juan didn’t budge much. $ 44 on sale for $ 22 mines (2 curtains) are $ 40.
What would’ve been $ 38 with tax ended to be $ 62.

This is a store with many wonderful employees. Often times, I’ve needed assistance and gotten it. I love using their coupons that NEVER expire regardless of the expiration date that’s clearly stated on them. There are some items that, after having used the coupon, are actually cheaper than even eBay. It usually smells great here due to all the diffusers throughout the store. Keep it up BB&B.

I like this store and was quite content when they opened in my neighborhood. Here you will be able to find a myriad of things for your home. It’s not just one thing. More likely than not, you will enter here with the idea of purchasing one specific item and walk-​out with a number of things. Surprisingly, I have never seen this specific store disorganized. Also, it is layed out well making it easy to find what you’re looking for while being tempted to buy other things.
Here’s a tip if you come here:
If you are not pressed for time, there is a Marshall’s right next door with a very nice Home Goods Department. Stop in there first and make sure they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for at a fraction of the cost here. Not always but on several occasions, that has been the case for me.
I have never had an issue here with Customer Service. At Marshall’s, however…

I love this place. Out of all the BB&B’s it’s the only one that has managed to keep spacious isles.
All the other BB&B stores have added a section of what can only be called a hygiene section. Anywhere from toothbrushes to tooth pastes to nail polishes. Items that in my opinion don’t really belong in this store. Isn’t this why we have Walmart for?
Besides the fact that these items don’t belong in these stores, they have cramped space for it. But not this Hialeah location!
