The quality of the glass is pretty good. My wife is happy. It is FAR BETTER than Eyelab. The employees are attentive and knowledgeable. They sometimes have specials that make the glasses cheaper than if you went in to some places with insurance. Eyelab is one of them. $ 237 for two pairs. BJs pricing and quality is noticeably better.

Spent thirty minutes calling about a lost bracelet in the store. I waited on hold until someone picked up only to have them hang up again. Continued to call until 15 minutes later a young man picked up, I told him I’d been on the phone nearly an hour trying to contact their customer service. His response? «I see. What can I help you with?» It was a decent «shhhh, I don’t have time for this. What do you want?» That’s how I heard it. To make matters worse, I ask about the lost & found. He says «we have a little box.» I ask if anyone turned a bracelet in and he hangs up on me… Again. BJ’s… Get your employees in order. You customer service is awful and it just so happens my membership ends next week. I will be taking my business elsewhere, to Costco. Should have never left them in the first place. You shouldn’t be treating your customers like a pest…
