Stopped in here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I’m a huge Lomo Salteado fan and the beef Lomo here exceeded expectations! Meat was tender, sauce was savory but not too salty, fries were not greasy and the rice was yummy. The food did not take long at all and the service was friendly. Plus the place is super clean. I’m definitely returning to eat here. I’m glad I decided to try it

Is it possible to give this place a negative star? My first time here and I didn’t even get to eat anything. My boyfriend and I had a $ 15.00 budget for eating… Everything was extremely pricey on the menu, in a clear voice I asked the woman for a steak wrap with salad. As I go to order another one she gives me the total. I said«I’m not done yet, id like another wrap.» She cuts me off again and says to drive up. As we drive up she repeats the steak order, I said again I want a steak wrap. She goes okay, «so you want two steak wraps with salad.» I’m like yeah. So AGAIN she repeats okay, «so 2 steak wraps with salad.» So I said«okay, you know what? I don’t want anything anymore.» And I sped off. Whose idea is it to put a person with a language barrier at a drive thru window? If you clearly don’t understand a simple order like that, then I don’t know how she would of handled anything else. I was so p*ssed I had to repeat myself 4 damn times that I sped off. Never in my life have I done that, but this woman’s whole vibe and body language was p*ssing me off.

Had several items here today. The carnitas and the lomo salteado were pretty good but the pulled pork wrap had no flavor at all and the chicken wrap was dark meat with very little flavor as well. We’re it not for the tasty sauces they have, i’d not have eaten my pulled pork wrap. Mixed feelings but don’t see myself returning.

Cheap food. Greasy not tasty. They gave me the two wrong side orders as well. I never do reviews but today I had to give someone a heads up. My meal — the chicken quesidlla. My friend had the chicken bowl and wasn’t a fan of it either. It’s cheap

Need to grab a nice meal on the way home? This is the place. They have GREAT food and really affordable prices. Since they opened, we’ve eaten there 4 times, and I’ve picked up dinner on the way home at least a dozen times. Top notch food and service. So happy with this place, I just can’t say enough about them. Check them out, you’ll love them too.

First time here. Standard Peruvian fair: ceviche, rotisserie chicken. Very friendly staff, specially the cashier. Try the fries yucca that is stuffed with cheese. It is not on the menu, so you have to ask if it is available

This place sucks! First time I went the steak was uncooked and tostones still frozen. Gross. I decided to give it a second chance and it sucked again. Taco bell has better quesadillas. Can’t believe they shut down snappers for this crappy place

Went here a month ago for the first time and I left my entire plate on the table without eating it and walked out. Totally disgusting food, if that’s what you call it.

This is my second time here. First visit wasn’t so pleasant due to the long wait but I assumed it was because it was a Friday night. I figured I’d give it a second chance today. The inside was empty and I had one car in front of me in the drive thru and I still waited 20 minutes. I ordered the churrasco steak with rice and beans. The streak had no flavor and rice and beans were bland. I also noticed the girl at the register handling money and credit cards while still wearing gloves and then handling food without changing the gloves. She also seemed irritated cause I decided to add a drink and she had to ring it up separate. Needless to say the only thing that I enjoyed was my drink. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon…

Been here at least 10 times in the last month. For rice, beans and rotisserie chicken it’s a nice change and it’s tatsty… today’s experience was different 6÷20÷155:25pm …the cashier was off her game. almost bothered I asked for a to go box… a little rude. seemed upset we were here to eat and interupted the staff conversation. Hopefully ownership reads this, because my other 9 times here I left very happy

It’s Americanized Peruvian food like the menu says chicken fried rice but it’s chaufa. Food is good, healthy options like wraps and salads… A little pricey though for lunch prices compared to the area.

Takes forever!!! The food is alright. But if you decide to take the drive thru be ready to wait at least 30 – 40 minutes. And I only had 3 – 4 cars in front of me. Went here once before and I was the first in line and they told me I needed to wait 15 minutes for the food to be done. Yet I was the only one in line. Horrible service.

One star necessary, would be ZERO! Really very bad. No pictures to excite your appetite. As many employees as guests, and still waited more than 10 minutes for our food. When your food is ready, they have someone designated to scream your order number. The portions were ok, as far as the starches and veggies but very stingy with the meats. The plates are so small most of you meal ends up on the table. I do not think salt is part of their food cost budget because nothing was seasoned. Very bad experience will not be returning. Save your money and patience.

Absolutely disgusting! Went to this place with my SO, and it was such a mess. Went inside because it was so new we wanted to see what it was like. There was so much chaos, lots of people waiting for their food after ordering and everyone looked upset. We should have taken this as a sign to leave… Person after person was complaining the orders were incorrect, the people directly ahead of me were given chicken quesadillas from the kids meal with no chicken. I tried to remain optimistic about my order but sure enough they forgot my black beans. The girl behind the counter who had just gone through the trash to verify the chicken quesadilla order was wearing gloves and then without switching gloves or washing her hands grabbed the ladle to serve me my beans. When I brought it up her response was«I didn’t touch the food». She took back the side order of beans and set it to the side to provide it to the next guest. I was unable to eat anything after that. There was no manager even present to remedy any of the issues. Get the health department in to inspect this place ASAP

Well I was really excited to come here since it’s a similar set up to La Granja and has a good lunch special. I was unfortunately disappointed. Maybe because it’s new or short on staff, but service takes forever. It took over half an hour for a Chicken Saltado to go, and it was not even busy. It has a drive thru, but you can’t order a lot of things through the drive thru. The food tastes great, but if you’re looking for a quick lunch forget about it. You’re better off going to Chipotle. Even on a busy day it’s faster than this.

They were building this place for quite some time and they did tons of renovations. Brasa Grill is very similar to Chicken Kitchen or a Chicken Grill, except with a freakin’ drive-thru! Hallelujah! This is a big plus for the lazies like me. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chicken bowl with white rice and black beans and a side Caesar salad. The Chicken bowl was $ 4.99 for a regular size. Prices clearly aren’t too shabby. However, I did notice that certain things in their menu said«For ordering inside only» right next to it. I don’t see why some items cannot be ordered through the drive-thru. I asked them if they had any sauces and he said«Yes, cilantro» «Okay, let me have 2 of those.» «Okay, no problem. Drive up» I had to wait a bit for my food at the window but when it arrived, they hadn’t provided the sauces– just an extra vinagrette dressing? I took my food(which looked delicious), parked and went inside to look at the sauces they had. Most of them were spicy but they had a wide selection. The food was pretty good, a little salty but good, nonetheless.

Got a ¼ Chicken, white meat with rice and beans only $ 4.04! What!!! Tasted great, I’m curious if they charged me the wrong price because that’s way too cheap.
