Gente poca amable, limite del grosero, pedi un plato del dia, pescado empanisado super salado y quemado, ultima vez.

I love their fruit salads!!! Just the way they make them in colombia! Prices are good. Recommended.

A friend recommended this place. Worst customer service ever. The guy did not greet us, then he rather count tips instead of taking customers. The food… $ 46.00 for 4 people. Empanadas were OK but no Colombian flavor. Food was horrible. Don’t come here hungry. Food took 45 minutes to come out. Bandeja paisa had the smallest chicharon I’ve ever seen. Avocado looked like he was picked out of the trash can. Disgusting. Everything about this place was horrible. The food, the service the ambiance… will never come back here.

It is late Christmas night (waayyyyy late) and the group wants dessert. Why here you ask? Well a Colombian guest of ours began speaking highly of Colombian deserts and some of the others agreed as well. This place happened to be open at around midnight and not far from us. Now I will let the service slide because I would also be mad and super rude if a bunch of hooligans came in to my store when I am trying to sweep the place and close, so no love lost. But it was some seriously bad service Jesus! Ok on to the over-​hyped shaved ice, expensive for the size and the only thing real about it was the super sour apple chunk sticking out of the top. I will give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe that’s how a really autentic Raspao taste like, if so, not really my thing.

Worst experience so far. Waited 35 min for a churrasco arepa. Never coming back again. And the manager wasn’t even available to give me a refund for my food. Ridiculous.

Their Apera burger tasted so good. I like their burgers a lot. I always come here for a burger at the lunch time, or weekend, and i always satisfy with their food and customer service. Thanks

Muy, muy rico, las empanadas las hamburguesas y los jugos muy deliciosos súper naturales, les recomiendo el de mango y el de papaya en agua.

The food is great, but it is not worth the visit at all. The service is horrible. I’ve visited this restaurant a couple of times but after my last visit, I’ve decided to never go again. We waited to be assisted for 5 minutes, while half the staff was just talking amongst themselves and joking around. But that didn’t bother me as much as seeing the people who came in after Us. They waited to be attended for over 10 minutes while several of the employees were perfectly capable of attending them. One of the employees even had the nerve to eat in front of these people, and tell them that they’d be assisted right away. We waited for our food for over half an hour, and I still had to go back inside to get the juice that they never gave me. My friend and I ate in the car instead. I sincerely hope the managers see this review and reevaluate their customer service and values

I ordered for delivery, although they forgot one of my food items, the arepas were delicious and had a decent size. I encourage them to work a bit more organized tho.

Husband ordered two items. El salpicón was ok a bit too sweet. Then he ordered maizitos de pollo and they were extremely greasy, the pinapple sauce was not good. It tasted more like pinapple jam. The order also took 35 minutes and even when we called ahead. Service was terrible. We will give this place two more visits to be fair and then we will x them out if we have a bad experience.

So sad to say that this is the only place that i like the raspaos which are to die for so yummy and the arepas but the service is garbage i believe they switched owners but i ordered a raspao and the girl carried on her conversation. Finally got it like 45 mins later and when questioned why it took so long if nobody was there she just totally rudely ignored me and carried on with her conversation again like we owe them something as a matter of fact im craving those raspaos but i wil most definitely be looking for another place to dine. Even management had a total attitude again like we owe them something like 2 other people asked for a refund when i asked for mine thats when they started to make my raspaos but anywho it was nice while it lasted always a bad experience there, not referring nobody there before i used to all the time

Worse place on planet earth. The service was TERRIBLE I asked a question about an item on the menu and the cashier answered me as if she’s doing me a favor. After waiting 30 min I got my chicharrones that I ordered… That’s it… That took 30 minutes. It looks like they dunked it in the oil and served it straight to the plate. Disgusting. The arepas weren’t cooked. And the chicharrones LITERALLY had 4 pieces on actual meat. The food was so bad (I wasn’t the only one to order my family did too, we all got something different) that I ordered lemons and had them with salt to take the gross taste out of my mouth. Don’t waste your money. Disgusting.

Worst SERVICE EVER! They waitress and the cashiers let you waiting there forever every time you go there and have a BAD ATTITUDE! I was a customer for a while just for the food,(which it’s not amazing but they are open late and they’re close to my house) but last time I when there I felt like I was asking for something for free ! Go to Los PERROS AND LOS VERDES BETTER COLOMBIAN FOOD and CUSTOMER SERVICE

Food is delicious but the service sucks. Everyone is polite but they are totally unorganized. They need a new manager to help them run smoothly — they always get orders wrong, it is actually complete chaos. However I put up with it because I like the fresh juices and arepas. They deliver close by– when the guy brings the wrong thing or forgets something he runs right back to get it.

Although their food is good, their service sucks, Everytime I go there (which has been more than 5 times) they always forget to make something as the staff doesn’t know what they are supposed to do, all they do is clean, so they can go home early I guess. The last time I ordered 3 arepas and it took more than 30 minutes before I got up to look what was happening; no customers, everyone cleaning once again and nobody was making the food that I had ordered for my kids.
Never coming back again.

Usually great food but all of the sudden they want to give me a hawaiian Arepa with pineapples from pulp for juice. And a soon as the taste is bad tried to changed and refused by manager. Poor management and even though is not fresh ingredients didn’t want to change. Its a shame that good food changes because of poor management decisions on ingredients.

Been here a couple of times, nothing to go crazy about. I’ve only eaten here because the ice cream they have isn’t creamy and I love non creamy ice cream, seriously I do, besides that the food is OK. If this place wasn’t very close to my house I would have never gone to eat here.

I have always liked their food, and I will drive several miles just to get an Arepa Burger. Love it.
I recommend it to anyone. I have been coming here for a good part of 7 years and I have always been pleased with the variety, the flavor and the quality of the food.

The place is ok… If your a big person prepare to die as this place is very narrow and hard to sit as everyone’s ass is hit you… Yeah

Es una lastima que ya no vendan los deliciosos jugos en las jarras que caracterizaban el lugar es obvio que no solo cambiaron las jarras por unos vasos de icopor sino que cambiaron de proveedor de las pulpas de frutas pues en las ultimas 2 veces que he ido con mi familia hemos pedido jugos de mango, guanabana, curuba, naranja con zanahoria y mora nada que ver no saben como los de antes. Las empanadas chorrean de grasa y tienen mucha papa la comida en general muy pero muy grasosa.
No lo recomiendo

The surroundings was nice clean, not much tables thou. However the service could’ve been better. I’m not sure if the women was having a bad day or not but she was reflecting some bad vibes for real. The food was fast and it was tasty, however not only was service not good they also mess up on my husbands drink order but towards to almost arriving home we notice that we got charge for empanadas we never received but did order. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon 3 strikes your out. 1– Be good to your customers (fail) 2 — Don’t mix up orders (fail) 3 — Don’t charge customers on items they didn’t receive. (fail) Your out.
