A Comcast driver just rang my doorbell several times at about 8:15 am. He wanted to get into my back yard which is locked to check the box. The thing is, I’m not a Comcast customer. I think I will call the police since I have been trying to call Comcast for the last 20 minutes and all I can get through to is the automated service.

Comcast is much cheaper than AT&T, so they have the cheapest service! You can never solve your internet problems in Comcast! If you have money or high requirement about your internet, never choose Comcast! And if you already have Comcast, remember to check your bill every month and keep your receipt, because these people always give your extra bill!

Horrible customer service… I’m not even there customer yet, it took me 45 minutes to get the correct department, and finally hot hold of a rep. She was so condensing, and rude refuse to give a supervisor, after asking for her name and her location, she ask why, was I going to come over and complained, she said good luck, an hung up one… U– verse it is even do its $ 30.00 more expensive, but I rather deal with respectful reps, and pay extra. Like they said the cheap it’s more expensive in this case, no educated reps.

Comcast gets An A today. I went in to return equipment. Expecting a long wait, I settled into my seat. Customers were seated based upon the type of transaction they were handling. After a relatively short 10 minutes, I was called to the window and completed my transaction. Great job Comcast, looking out for your customers. I’m appreciative and impressed!
