I live in Miami Beach and found that rats were in my attic. Sounded like they were dragging in telephone poles tobuild a nest. Called Critter Control… they were there in a short time… closed up all the rat entrances and exits and next day Kassandra came over and she was excellent in doing what needed to be done. In less than 2 weeks they caught 8 good sized rats and my problem is over. Let’s hope they don’t return, but have a good guarantee from the company in case they do. Very pleased. Kassanda has a wonderful personality and made the job a real pleasure.

Critter Control was great. They were quick to respond, polite and successful in solving my raccoon issue. I especially commend Kassandra for her hard work. She was a delight to work with. Very happy with them and highly recommend them.

Had rats in my house, called critter control and they came out right away, told what needs to be done, very professional and always on time. big surprise in Miami!
They removed the rats and sealed up all the places they where getting in, no more sleepless nights!

What a disappointing experience. The «specialist» came out at the end of the day, in response to a call about a rodent smell at 9 a.m., and spent a very brief time looking in the attic, before concluding that he didn’t «smell or see» anything. The smell was so foul to everyone, with the exception of the specialist. After a mere 20 minutes, he stated he would come back the next day to check again. After returning, he spent 5 minutes in the attic and concluded that there was nothing. After continuing to smell a dead rodent, we decided to call another company. They found a large rat, within minutes. Critter Control charged $ 249 and provided nothing other than a service call. Don’t waste your money or your time with this company.

I’ve used CC several times since moving into my house in 1992. There must be something really special about my crawl space bc possum just seem to love it. Critter Control is quick and efficient and they dont quit until you reclaim your sleep! I would have given them 5 stars except that it’s not cheap. Granted, it’s hard to put a price on one’s sleep (or sanity) but I do remember feeling disheartened by the thought that I’m going to get a big bill every time I hear the scratching in the middle of the night. All in all, a solid company and the only one to call if you have a pest in the house that you want gone but not necessarily dead (and no, they don’t remove spouses).
