Real Property Management Dade

This was our first time using a property management company. We had no idea what to expect. After doing some research online we came across​Real Property management. We talked with Pedro on the phone and eventually setup a meeting face to face. Pedro put our worries to rest. He was extremely thorough and helpful. Pedro is probably one of the best agents in town because, honestly, we can’t imagine who could be better. One of his strongest qualities was that he was very proactive in responding to our questions or concerns. When we went to the office to drop our keys we met Ana. She was very nice and easy to talk to. We never had to wait more than a couple of hours to get a response from him or her if he wasn’t available in the first instance. He will treat your case like his own. Overall, it was a great pleasure to work with Pedro and Ana and we would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I take my hats off to Real Property Management and it’s lovely staff. Pedro managed to find us a tenant in a short period of time.

I needed my apartment to be rented and I have to say Pedro from real property Managment assigned me to Julio. They rented my apartment in less then 3 weeks. Pretty quick if you ask me. Thanks guys!

I had to follow up and let people know how helpful this company was. I was looking for a place to rent and frankly was getting tired of dead end listings. I called about a condo listed with Real Property and the guys there made it their business to make it as easy as possible from the time I called them, through the application process, and dealing with the homeowners association. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. We can make service requests and pay our rent online and it seems like there’s always someone available to help. I think this should be the standard when renting a place. Thanks!

We recently hired RPM to lease a home we have in Miami and the person who walked us through the process was very helpful and professional. They got me a tenant quickly and now I have peace of mind. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding a tenant, getting them in the place, and for anything that might go wrong and think that property managers are totally worth it!
