I had to relocate from Miami, FL to California for work. I didn’t want to sell my place so I started to look for someone to take care of it and found CIM Property Management. They were able to assist me in finding a qualified tenant and handled everything from rent collection and emergency repairs to property inspections and providing yearly report for my record keeping. They even help me by recommending a contractor to redo my kitchen (new cabinets, granite counter tops, wall removal, plumbing, and electrical) at a great price. They also recommended painters and cleaning service when I moved out so my condo was ready for a new family to move in. This will be my 3^rd year working with them and it’s a great feeling not having to worry about handling all the issues that come along when renting out your place. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services!
