Fairytale Pony Rental

I rented the ponies and petting zoo for my 4 years bday party and all the kids absolutely loved it!! they had a blast and loved feeding all the animals. I thought the selection of petting zoo animals were just ok but the kids loved them! The attendant was really nice and helpful but let us walk around the ponies ourselves if we wanted to. He was early to set up the animals and didn’t count it as part of our time, he let us squeeze every last minute from out from the 2 hours. A great hit at our party!

I just had my twins Kindergarten Graduation Party this weekend. Prior to the party Jenny and Ulises were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had regarding the items I was renting. The day of the party the tables, bounce house, and chairs got there on time and the delivery man was able to help me place the bounce house in a safe spot since the space was limited. When the face painter arrived she was on time, very friendly, professional and the kids loved her. The ponies were running 15 minutes late and I received a text letting me know. They arrived and the ponies were the hit of the party. The attendants went above and beyond for all the kids and every single child was able to ride the ponies twice. He stayed 15 minutes more to make up the time since he was late. I was super happy with the service and I totally recommend this company. The prices and packages are really affordable. All the parents were impressed. Thank you Jenny and Ulises for making my party a success.

They deliver the pony when party was over, and refuse to give me a refund. dont do business with these people.
