I don’t recommend this practice at all. The front staff is a bit rude and not patient. You sense as though your well being is not the top priority and they do a great job at making you feel like just another case. You’re just a number. I saw a psychiatrist there because it was recommended to me(not my choice) and instead of having a pleasant experience, I spoke to a man that proceeded to tell me that my issues were small and that I would«get over them». The diagnosis was alright. It takes a lot of pressuring them to see you for more than 5 minutes. You wait in the lobby for about 2 to 3 hours and then they rush you out when they do see you. I found myself trying to hold onto my time with him and asked him a million questions because their script consists of, «how are you doing? How’s the medication? Ok great. Here is another refill. See you in a month.» That costs $ 120 – 250. Bottom line– I don’t respect them as genuine professionals.

Bad people here. They treat you as a number to collect your copay and get paid by your insurance. The have a ARNP that calls himself Dr. Eduardo Navarro. He gives you mental medicine without doing a proper diagnosis. The real psyquiatrist all he does is walk around and drink cuban cofee. This people dont care about anyone just about getting paid. They dont care if theygive ypu the wrong medicine ia juat to get paid. Do not go there they are a bunch of rafters that got to the US not long ago. All they care is to collect from insurance and medicare. Do not go there at all. Avoid these people avoid them conpletely. Fausto Guante
