Stop by for the first time today and let me begin by saying this place is a total mess. No organization at all and the first impression is that they are comfortable, perhaps have a complete monopoly and people simply accept this substandard operation. No customer service provided, had a sign posted by the door and all counters that my son’s school patch was not available, yet when I asked for 4 shirts, the customer service rep stated the sign was wrong… really??? was the signs taken down? NOP… rather have customers do away. While waiting to pay, noticed the music kept creeping up in volume and was evident the person working the only register opened was enjoying the other 10 employees in the back of the store having fun with the very loud Reggaeton music… all while customers were simply waiting in line to pay. finally another register was opened in the mean time the customer line grew and almost reach the end of the store. You bet I won’t be back!!!

What a mess !!! Horrible customer service, dirty and disorganized . I’m literally forced to buy from this store since my son’s school is in this area . Ugh

This place is a mess. Nobody helps and how they love to tell you to make different lines that have no end. We always go in July every year. This year we went once again on July 20th, told me like always to come back to pick up in a week. I went to the store after the week waited in their make believe lines for 2 hours so they can tell me the shirts were not ready. For some reason this time around the shirts were ready on August 7th. This place needs to pull it together. Make 3 lines(make orders, pick up and pay) if not they will never get organized. Hire enough people to do each thing. The lady who finds you the shirts in the back is the same lady that checks you out and is the same lady who looks for the embroidered items. The problem is as much as we DONOT want to come back, we have too.

Yak store, all messy, staff very slow. I came to pick up my order and was told to do the regular line that was very long and they have few employees working. Anyway, Better to come now than in August when is really crazy, been a mother of three this is my advice, come early, thanks god I only have one high schooler to go !!!

Was forced AGAIN to get school uniforms here. My experience this year was better, but still could not find out about the status of the order without going to the store. What is the telephone/computer staff doing to earn their money?

This is the worst part of the«back to school shopping» experience. I truly don’t understand why school make us go thru this every year. This place not only is disorganized and messy most of the time –even when it isn’t back to school shopping season– but the customer service is without a doubt the WORSE I’ve ever experience. I feel for the poor kids that work here. Is so palpable that some of them feel the pressure and try to keep up. While others imitate and feel protected behind the managers HORRIBLE way to solve things . Yelling at already upset customers & «we have no change so we gotta keep your change» methods are … embarrassing. I wish there was other way to get my kids uniforms. I really wish there was.

Most years I dread coming to this place because of the crazy lines and lack of staff. This year was nothing like the past. Lots of staff on hand and most school logos were already embroidered on shirts. Last year I had to make two longgggg lines one to make my purchase and the second to get the embroidery done and then have to wait 2 weeks for the uniforms to come back with the embroidery done. Very glad they have made changes in the way the store is run. I recommend you not to go during rush hour when most people are getting out of work or during the weekend
