I ordered a couple of customized snapbacks some weeks back as a gift for someone. The quality of the hats was good and the embroidery was very nice. It took about a month to get them in the mail. Unfortunately, their customer service is horrible. They will never answer the phone or reply to an email. If they could improve their customer service quality, I would totally recommend this shop.

This uniform provider is chaotic. Extremely unprofessional, never meet datelines, never answer emails, they take forever for a turnaround order, after committing with an specific date they just do not mind if is ready or not, DO NOT TRUST THEM! Very irresponsible and rude girl in charge of the orders. They never respond when something comes wrong from their side!

This uniform store is by far the worse. IT TOOK 2 MONTH TO GET 5 SHIRTS!!! I would call to follow up and we get hung up on when i would questions the status they would tell me to calm down, plain RUDE!!! If you do not want to end up with a stroke or in jail don’t ever order anything from this place. HORRIBLE!!!
