International House of Pancakes

Horrible from beginning to end. Waiter Alexandra, greeted us after 5 minutes. Beverage service took longer than necessary because some off duty staff came in to distract her. Is it normal for people in street clothes to go behind the counters and make themselves food? The management or lack of a managers presence is noticeable especially by the staff. Sitting and socializing instead of working. The food was ok at best. The pancakes were paper thin, and no, i did not order crepes. The crepes my wife ordered were sloppily plated. There was a total of 6 guests in the dining room. With that kind of volume everything should be awesome. But instead im writing this. Too bad, i have given this ihop more than its fair share of chances. I live right across the street. This was the last time i will be visiting this ihop.

Love the Lite Veggie Omelet! They have nice red potatoes, and my family loves the variety of pancakes, French Toast, and crepes. Great for eat in or take out!

I enjoy coming to this IHOP. I have been here from morning, afternoon, and late night (usually 3 am). The service is phenomenal. All the waiters and waitress are extremely nice. The food is delicious. Nice and fresh. Overalls it’s a good place to eat.

Why oh why did I come? I swear, I tried not to eat like a pig, bit I succumbed and literally feel as if I will roll back home.
I start off with a garden omelette, no cheese. Healthy right? Then I add sausages. Cannot resist them. So since I am eating «paleo» I decide to add the pancakes. Just one. My plan: eat half today, save the other half for tomorrow’s breakfast.
Yeah right. It’s all in my belly.
All I can recommend is have the eggs, sausages, pancakes, coffee, and orange juice.

I was pleasantly surprised to go to an actual IHOP that’s big in size and service was amazingly fast. We were seated almost immediately and we had a large table. Our waitress was quick to get our orders and made sure the children’s meals were served quick and non tantrum related. Definitely will make a trip out to this IHOP location again soon!

This IHOP offers fast and friendly service. I have been coming to this IHOP for years and I have noticed a noticeable difference in recent months. It seems like they move quicker to seat their customers and providing faster service. Also, their food is as good as IHOP food can get. My favorite is breakfast/​brunch menu, particularly their Harvest Nut pancakes. Delish.

I avoid going to this particular IHop on weekends because the wait could reach an hour but I took my mom for breakfast today and I’ll be honest I have not been there in a while but today it kind of shocked me to see how much the service has changed, the one good thing: IT WAS NOT CROWDED!!! we were seated right away, the waitress was ok even though I really dislike that in the middle of my meal the check is placed on the table as if I was being rushed sort of eat, pay and go… anyway, our food and coffee came quickly that’s when I started noticing the changes, to begin no paper placemats, only one napkin, the one holding our silverware, my mom ordered some senior dish that came with only one sausage… ONE skinny little sausage, my food was decent that was good but instead of three pancakes as it has always been there were only two with whipped butter on top resembling a marble, trying to save while the price have increase, I just don’t see it…

Their service suck! We went got seated, waited for someone to ask what we wanted to drink. 15 mins later a waitress goes by we ask her to bring a cup for coffee. She gave us a look like, can’t you see I am busy. She never said ok or I will be with you soon, and walk in the kitchen area. She come by us again with another customer food. Again never say anything. If you want to be treated like shit, this is your place. We walk out on my way out I made sure to tell that rude ass waitress their Service SUCK. I gave a 1 star because I had to pick one. We drove east on Miramar pkwy to the Ihop on university, and the service and food was good! It worth the drive for good Customer Service!

They open late night. Food is average if that. Service is alright.

Although this is a franchise and all ihops have the same tasting food, what sets this place apart is the service. the waiters are very friendly and outgoing! Especially on weekends (am)
