Jiffy Lube

The lady at the front was rude and condescending. I don’t know anything about cars and she didn’t even try to explain the concerns she had for my car. I payed for my groupon and it includes vacuuming and they didn’t do that at all.
I was honestly so done with them and tired of waiting that I didn’t feel like staying for that bs.

Came in today for a oil change since it was long over due. I was greeted at the front and there was a car in front of mines. After a short wait, my car went right to the bay. The service rep brought me over to the workstation and showed me that a transmission oil change was due. So I approved, they also tested my battery and even replaced my windshield wiper fillers. The jiffy lube crew was attentive and were a friendly bunch. Would definitely recommend this place. Very professional and get you in and out fairly quickly.

My mother went to this jiffy lube to get her oil changed on her 2013 Nissan Murano. I came home and checked to see if it they had indeed changed it. They didn’t and still charged my poor mother. As for what they charged her, I would have rather taken my mother and her car to the dealer and overpay the Nissan service department than Jiffy fucking Lube. What a bunch of pricks. Anyone that takes advantage of an elderly woman like that is an asshole.

$ 96 dollars for an oil change on a Corolla? Yes, I’m a girl who knows little to nothing about cars, but momma didn’t raise no fool. If the staff hadn’t been so rude and condescending, I may have been less offended.
I would rather try to figure out how to turn water into motor oil (a la Jesus H. Christ), and change it myself with my bare hands and my teeth, than to pay some 21 year old kid with an attitude THAT much money to do it.
Not cool Jiffy Lube… not cool.

As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and then told what I should get done to the car… all up selling but if you know cars… then you understand that the oil is what keeps the engine running smoothly and helps to minimize future problems — so I don’t mind the up selling and suggestions … As a matter of fact, the reason I take my cars to Jiffy Lube is so that these guys can tell me what is wrong or what needs to be done to maintain the cars so I don’t mind the suggestions and up sells — If you are not interested or can’t afford it (usually the case w/​me) then tell them «no».
These guys are pretty good and seeing any potential problems and letting you know — they may not be able to do the work but at least, you will know…
They were busy but moved through all the cars very quickly. The service manager was very accommodating and provided me with a coupon discount that I did not have — very cool but folks before you come bring a coupon otherwise it will be a bit pricey… Groupon has great deal or you can do snip/​snap or find one in the paper.
Fast, too the point… plus they vacuum and clean your windows — good deal.

This place was awesome. I am not usually a Jiffy Lube kinda gal and rather go to my trusted mechanic but was in a bind.
I had originally wanted to go to the Firestone in that plaza but it was closed before I could make it :(awww
Then on the way to dinner I saw the light of Jiffy Lube open and u-​turned into that place!
They were quick and painless. Sure they tried to sell me some things I may or may not have needed but that is just the way the game is played.
I told them I saw a groupon and they deducted the $ 20 without me having to buy it which is smart for everyone involved :)
The prices were average, the place was clean, they have a cute coffee maker and tv in the waiting area. I will deff come back here if I am in a bind or hurry. Convenient and quick.
I’m all lubed up and ready to go ;)
