This «really» is not a thrift store in the literal sense. I am issuing them three stars because they do sell many useful items at a very low price. Intertwined within the new you «may» find that one vintage item. Like, for example, the fabulous Grateful Dead Tour t-​shirt I found for $ 3.95. For the most part, it is new clothes.
If you are looking for clothes without the hassle of digging through stuff for a specific item you are in need of, this is a good choice. They have many things that are useful for work, e.g., new work boots for men, new shoes for women, clothes for an interview.

A thrift store in Hialeah… so is anyone really expecting a place to find a Channel purse hidden away?
This particular one I liked the most because they are more of an offpricer than a junk store. I purchased a brand-​new with tags Isaac Mizrahi dress and a brand-​new with tags cute A line skirt for $ 9 each.
I actually had come to this area looking for something for Halloween. I didn’t find anything for my costume but did have tons of fun looking.

this applies to all the thrift stores there except for the community family one (i think).
eeeek. i can deal with loud yelling in spanish. i can deal with people bumping into me over and over and over. i can deal with things being a mess. i can deal with the stares of being the only little white girl in a full square mile. i can deal with many, many things. however, i cannot deal with really bad smells. made me a little nauseous walking around here.
note. i think this one smelled the worst. like they tried to cover up the smell with really bad chemical cleaners. def not anything like the new york thrift stores i’ve been to (save for the luggage/​trinket connection).

More akin to Canal St. than a thrift store. They had some clothing, it looked hand picked by a 50 year old trailer park mom. Lots of cheap luggage and trinkets (i.e. Canal St. NYC), the duffel we got for $ 8 made it back on the plane with only one of the straps ripping off! Probably wont go back to this one.
