Papa John’s Pizza

Called this restaurant for delivery and recieved excellent customer service also recieved pizza in 45 minutes .im extreamly satisfied with my now time to eaaat!!!

Personally I think Papa Johns in Miami Lakes is terrific! On two different occasions I got the 16 inch works pizza and it was delicious.
This particular Papa Johns is right down the street from my hotel and other hotels, so it’s very convenient. The food is tasty and prepared with professionalism.
The manager Silverina, remembered me and what I ordered from the first visit. I was very impressed! I will definitely order more pizzas from this particular Papa Johns location.

I’ve ordered on and off from this Papa John’s since it’s close to my office, most recently a couple of times this week rather than wait to get out of the work. I’ve had both my usual Hawaiian pizza, as well as their BBQ chicken pizza. One thing that makes Papa John’s stand out from the other Pizza chains is their use of sweet BBQ sauce!
Both of the times the delivery has been within the time promised and the driver has been courteous.
The two recent orders have been thin-​crust, and unlike other pizza delivery joints, they cut their slices into traditional pizza slices (foodie OCD about that, for the practical reason of eating with one hand and working my mouse with the other). Topping spread has been decent, and they don’t appear to nickel and dime on extra pizza sauce. User interface on their online ordering platform is pretty user friendly, and I like that you can prepay the tip right when you order instead of when the driver gets there.
They don’t seem to offer as much dessert or sides, but it’s just fine when you need pizza sustenance!

What a disappointment, I ordered an extra large pizza and it was very Undercooked. They need better quality control.

I’ve ordered from here 4 times now, mostly delivery. The pizza is always nice and hot and the toppings are flavorful. They also are pretty quick to deliver. No complaints here. I really like their the Works pizza and the Garden Fresh is nice with the tomato chunks. Consistent with good quality and taste!

Delivery was fast. But the pizza came looking like a mess. I had to cut the pizza myself. Half the pizza was missing cheese. And half the crust was thin.

Best customer service experience in less than 30 seconds. Walked in, pizza was ready, one of the crew member walked out all the way to the front (other side of the counter) to hand me the pizza and opened the door for me. I was do astonished I think I forgot to say thank you. Ordered online and the pizza was ready at the given time.

I’ll be honest with you it’s very hard to impress me when it comes to takeout pizza for the most part Papa John’s Domino’s Pizza Hut there pretty much all the same in my book. Unless you take me to a coal fire pizza location I’m pretty much status quo on all fast food pizza places. It’s all dependent upon what time of the day you call Papa John’s if it’s Saturday night or Friday night your pizza will take forever, sometimes it will come hot, warm, cold, roll the dice. If you call them Monday through Thursday at night or during day typically your pizza is going to arrive in about 25 minutes and fresh out the oven.
So it’s real hard to provide a real accurate review. In this location I’ve never had a problem with customer service, no people hanging up on me while making my order over the phone or email wrong, so no complaints there. So in my book I’d give it a go unless you’re in the mood for coal fire pizza or something more fancy.
