Papa John’s Pizza

This is the WORST papa johns in all of HIaleah. The kids who run this place don’t care at all for the business and do whatever they want. Unfortunately this is the papa johns linked to my address and every time I order there is always an issue.
The last time we ordered our pizza was delivered with half of the pizzas topping off the side. We called and were placed on hold for 20 minutes. After calling back several times we were given the most rude unprofessional service by the «supposed» manager aka a 16 year old kid who picked up the phone when we asked to speak with a manager. We could hear all the employees laughing and snickering in the background as we complained about our order. We were told a new one was on the way. After another hour of waiting nothing came so we decided to call corporate which has a 24 hour costumer service line. I recommend everyone to call them when experiencing such horrible service. We called and explained the situation. They c allied the branch and they claimed to not be aware of the issue. A new pizza was then delivered which of course we did not eat because God knows what those kids did to that pizza to spite us. But they did report them and we received a phone cal the next day from the owner/​manager who was very apologetic. We then recover our money back plus an additional credit. I honestly will never order pizza from there again. As much as we like our spinach Alfredo pizza we will order elsewhere and pick it up. This location is ran by wolves when the manager is off which is weekends. When let’s face it, is the majority of when you order pizza. Don’t waste your time or money.

I HATE THIS PLACE!!! It doesn’t even deserve one star. Awful customer service. The people who work there do not seem to know what they’re doing. I made an online order and TWO HOURS LATER I called and got transferred twice before the manager answered and said it would be here «in two minutes» called again a half hour later and cancelled the order. Do you know what I’ve had with this Papa Johns??? IT. I have HAD IT. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Buenas opciones de pizza y excelente trato. Y el tiempo de espera mínimo. Lo recomiendo también por los precios y opciones de tamaño: pizzas chicas, medianas y grandes.

Too bad I cannot give this place 0 stars. I ordered a pizza with no cheese, several extra toppings. They told me 10 min to pick it up. When we got there 11 min later they hadn’t even started to make the pizza. After I opened the box there were slices that barely had any toppings. I’m not coming here ever again.

Service can be the worst you could have ever experienced in your life. Coworkers are usually screaming and going crazy about management issues. Conclusion: don’t waste your time, It will be wasted!

The delivery service from this location is the worst. I have the unlucky fortune to be serviced by this location because of my address. I have tried them several times and this is the last. Next time will use any other.
