I ordered a pizza for delivery in the office. Instead of the 60 minute wait it took nearly 2 hours. When we opened up the order, they had given us breadsticks instead of chicken wings and instead of pepperoni on the pizza it was covered with anchovies which were so incredibly salty and most people were disgusted by it to the point where I could not be eaten. We called to make a complaint to which we were told that their employees do make mistakes and they never offered to send another pizza refund my money, or give any time off coupon. Very very poor service and I see why they are getting very bad reviews on here

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I’ve never been so disappointed by customer service. Terrible terrible. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. They messed up my order twice and still didn’t give me what I wanted. I got my money back and left. NEVER ordering pizza here again.

So I receive an online coupon from Pizza Hut(as I am on their email list) right about he time I need to figure out what I’m doing for lunch anyway and I think, «A Supreme Pizza Hut pizza actually sounds good right about now… plus 20% off? Deal!» I jump online and I am given one location option for delivery, this one. I add to my cart, enter my promo code and… «This location does not participate in this offer…» Uhh. okay… Ah what the hell, my total isn’t that much. I’ll order at full price anyway. I click checkout and receive my conformation along with my estimated delivery wait(In options I selected«as soon as possible» as it was getting late and I was hungry) and there it was… «Your pizza will be delivered in 2 hours and 23 minutes» Well shame on me for ordering pizza on a busy Saturday night right? Wrong… it was 2pm on a Tuesday. Almost 2 and a half hours to get a pizza on a Tuesday?!? I figure the system must be wrong, then my phone rings. It’s Pizza Hut calling to confirm the order and address. I do that then ask about this delivery time. «Oh no, that sounds excessive. Let me check that for you.» Says the operator(all Pizza Hut calls are handled by a call center, not the location) a few minutes later he returns. «No, that is correct sir, it will be over 2 hours» So to recap, you don’t accept company wide discount promotions and it takes you 2 hours to deliver a pizza? I opted to cancel my order and was put on hold. After holding nearly 20 minutes the line disconnected. I called back, mainly because I didn’t want some delivery driver taking the heat later when he shows up and I’m not interested in paying(and wouldn’t) After e lengthy wait I get through and find out my order was cancelled. It should be noted when I was put on hold after saying I wanted to cancel I called another locally owned place and ordered a sandwich to be delivered, and it was… before I was even able to cancel my Pizza Hut order. Avoid this location like grim death.

Worst pizza… Worst customer service… Always un-done pizza… I asked for double toasted n it look like it never touched an oven. It tasted like microwave pizza… Yalkkkkkkkkkk never again
