The customer service is this property is amazing !! I spoke to the property manager called Yaquelin, she answered all my questions, walked me around the property and showed me the storage space. Yaquelin gave me a great experience, I ended up renting a space and left very satisfied. I recommend for anyone who is looking for a storage space and great service to come here.

The REAL strength? The staff. Nina was efficient, patient, friendly beyond expectations. My error in judgment necessitated her repeating my move-​in paperwork. She rolled with the situation with perfect graciousness.

Excellent experience putting together a move of my furniture etc into a 10×10 storage unit here on a very right timeline.
Yaqueline and Nina were working the front desk at the time and were extremely helpful. Very friendly also and made the process extremely smooth and stress free.
