Food taste horrible and quality is gone. Save your time and go to mc Donald’s. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat looked fake, the spaghetti tasted like it was sitting sink water. So horrible! And they try to charge you something called«homeless tax» lol. What the heck is that?

If you like Rey’s try Montes de Oca Restaurant(the competitor). They were partners at the beginning and ended up going separate ways. Rey’s portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Montes uses the original cheese they both used to use while Rey’s switched over to a shaved cheap cheese that doesn’t taste the same.

Great cuban style pizza made with fresh ingredients. Keep in mind, that it will be way different in toppings than dominos, for ex. Exotic…

Best pizza, I love coming here when I’m in the mood for some good pizza. Although I do have to say, anything else is not as great so if you don’t want pizza or spaghetti I wouldn’t recommend. I usually go with a friend and we order a pizza & spaghetti and then just split it. Their shakes are very good as well!

Rey’s Pizza has always been awesome and it will always be awesome. If you have a bad case of «sophisticated taste buds», then just go to the Olive Garden and have a great time. Rey’s Pizza is Rey’s Pizza. The pizzas barely have any sauce and the spaghetti isn’t «al dente» because this is South Florida and that’s just how we roll down here. The garlic breads are a delicious greasy mess that I have to order every single time I come in here because they are amazing! If you are driving home from a wedding or a funeral and it’s 3 a.m. and you are hungry, just find a Rey’s Pizza. Also, be sure to try one of their milkshakes. They offer many flavors.

I came here today with low hopes and expecting the worse. Rumor around Hialeah is not to come here. «The food has changed, it’s not worth it. Goodbye Cuban Pizza.» Well, I hate to say, you are very wrong. You’ve probably been eating Papa John’s for way too long and forgot what Cuban Pizza/Pasta is. It is not the same and should have its very distinct unique flavor. Particularly with the pizza crust. It tasted the same as the last time I was here which, was several years ago. Today I had my usual Pizza Mixta which consists of ham, mushrooms, onions, peppers and green olives. I don’t like green olives so I order it without them. I also had their spaghetti with meatballs. This does not come with meatballs and they lost a star because of it. Yes, they are balls of meat but, not the«meatballs» you think of when you read it. All their spaghetti dishes are topped with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Their garlic rolls, as always, were toasted just right with enough garlic and parmesan cheese to make them perfect. As if I didn’t eat enough, I too ordered a flan. No complaints from me and I’ve already been back twice. Things to note before coming here: * Pasta dishes are not served with garlic rolls. You must order at least half a dozen. * They do not accept American Express and all credit card orders must be a minimum of Ten Dollars. * Wine/Beer is only served from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily. * Parking is very limited. Although the restaurant is quite large, God forbid they have every table occupied. There just isn’t enough parking for that many tables. ** Perdieron una estrella en Unilocal por su espaghetti de albóndigas. Eso no es una albóndiga. Cambien eso y les daré la quinta estrella. También, sus platos de pasta no vienen con pan de ajo. Hay que pedir media dozena.

Ok, so I love pizza and I love cuban food, so this is my hot spot! This Rey’s Pizza is right down my street and opened 24 hours, 7 days a week and during every hurricane. Some people say it’s too much bread, not enough sauce and the cheese taste weird, but I love bread, the light sauce is perfect and I personally think the cheese is delicious! Their garlic and cheese dinner rolls are the bomb as well! Eat the rolls, pizza and order a mamey shake and you’ll be rocking a cuban pizza night out as if you were in the island! I’ve had real cuban pizza in cuba! This is is exactly what it tastes like! I love it.

Jordan down there is a little insensitive. The pizza is light in sauce, has a good fluffy crust, and cheese brought to the edges. For some people, this is an ideal pizza. As far as the spaghetti goes, it’s like Chef Boyardee, but better. It ain’t no fancy pizza, but it serves its 24 hour purpose without repercussion.

Look at the review for Montes de Oca for an explanation of what Cuban pizza is. The pizza here is okay. For 24 hours Cuban pizza joint, I liked Montes de Oca a bit better. On top of that, the Cubans really need to change their taste buds. A Cuban friend of mine said the spaghetti tastes just like what he had in Cuba and he ate the whole thing. I tried it, and I can tell you, I could not have more bites. The spaghetti was mushy(not even — you won’t even taste it unless if you are eating it with cheese and sauce) — it was not even close to being al dente. That probably explains why most Italian restaurants managed by Latinos are not Cuban but South Americans. Avoid pasta and Italian food.
