Horrible customer service, I was trying to talk to the manager about the price and name of a toy that was ringing up incorrectly and the manager was giving me strange excuses and just look annoyed and she kept trying to walk away. Then when I used my phone to show them a picture I took in store of the price and name that rang up on the register was wrong, she didn’t try to help at all. Then I used my phone to show them the toy on their website and still they didn’t want to help. So I left the toy. How can a toy with the same barcode have two different names and prices??? No thank ToyRus, you just want to steal my money and give me no good reason with your shifty staff. And the restroom was disgusting and no toilet paper.

I definitely have to save this this location needs a revamp and better customer service. I have been coming to this Toys R Us since I was a little girl and it all still looks the same. Besides that the employees need to be better trained and give better suitable customer service to the public. Also the bathroom has to be the most dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen at a department store. Yes I understand the store gets busy and they can’t hover over the restrooms, but this is a children’s store. The picture I have posted speaks for it self.

Okay, I had forgotten I was even here. If Unilocal didn’t remind me of places I have checked-into, it would have slipped my mind completely. Great feature that Unilocal has, by the way. Since I have no children, with no signs of God miraculously turning my lower intestines into a uterus, coming here is of no priority for me. There are other places nearby that sell that«one thing» you’re in search of with no hassle of the interior traffic of this section of Palms Springs Mile. Now, had I been one of them«Star Wars midlife crisis individuals,» then yeah, you will find it here for sure. Anytime I have been here, there has been a nice selection of «that stuff» for«said individuals,» and, still in good shape. Unlike other places where the packaging is destroyed. If, you know what I mean. Last time I was here was well before joining Unilocal. This time, I was in search of one of those guns that you press and they go «BOINGGGGGG» while lighting-up. I found one. It was a Buzz Lightyear toy gun. I needed this to go with my «Spacesuit» that I was wearing to an Event later that evening. Before this, I used to come here quite a bit. I used to build plastic model cars before I started shaking more. A very relaxing hobby when you don’t shake with glue involved. Overall, it’s a great store. Here you will find everything from bikes to trains to video games it’s the biggest toy store there is, GEEWHIZ! It is pretty large and well stocked. So why a measly two stars? If you come here, you will quickly notice the lack of desire of the employees to work here. That wasn’t always the case. At first, the joy expressed by the employees was annoying at times. Now, not at all. You know it’s a problem when you don’t even need to have a conversation with them to notice. When you talk to them, though, you may get the sudden urge to place your already thirteen year old up for adoption. This«may» explain why a once busy store at any time of the day with more than enough product, room to spare and registers to compensate, has dwindled to just me and one other person. My bad, there was that other woman that was stuffing«some things» in her bag and nobody noticed. Not even the employee that passed right in front of her noticed. Anyway, that’s not my business. Two stars and I didn’t issue just one because you have the merchandise to back-up your jingle. Geoffrey must be in tears somewhere. History: This entire building, from the back of Toys R Us to the front where Michael’s is, used to be one department store named Richard’s. It was the local Macy’s of the day. It was HUGE. Richard’s went out of business and was leased in pieces. Playworld going out of business a short distance west on 49th street, cemented Toys R Us in my community. This is going way back to the 80s.

This Toys R Us sucks because it’s really small and in Hialeah on West 49 St which means it’s always packed

The toys r us in hialeah 49th street has horrible customer service staff is rude, Unattentive and dont care about helping you out with your needs. I am pregnant and needed assistance and the staff there did not budge to help me even after i asked for assistance. I do not recommend this location, the pembroke pines location is way better.

shopping on a budget seems to be the trend for this holiday season… looking for bargains we went to do a little toy shopping at this toys r us. even thou we were using another store catalog as our guide, no employee we approached for assistance seemed to mind. they were all very helpful and knowledgeable of where the products we were looking for were at. this made our shopping a smooth and quick experience. current sale offers really good prices on some nice toys. and we easily used our 15% discount coupon on something that was already on sale… we did good.

I collect certain«hard to find» toys and This TRU is my hidden gem. For some reason this particular store does not get too crowded. I’m guessing because it’s hidden and not visible from the street. Best of all, across the street you have a Chipotle… yummy!
