The best customer service in town! Both managers are very friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to ensure my juice stays in stock. Great prices and exceptional quality of products! I am happy I found this shop & refuse to take my busisnes elsewhere.

It seems that there are vapor stores popping up in every corner nowadays but we chose to come here as we were referred by a friend of ours. Service was exceptional. Everything was thoroughly explained and we did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. We were able to try the different models and flavors as we liked. Although we live in West Kendall it was well worth the drive to receive such great customer service which seems to be lacking in Miami.
After we made our purchase he explained everything from charging, to refilling and changing the coil.
The store attendants (owners?) spoke both English and Spanish fluently. They were not only genuinely friendly but extremely helpful and will definitely return in the future for the the refills.

I am a newbie to e-​cigs and vape pens so needed major guidance on where to start and what to buy as a beginner. I am not a cigarette smoker and want to vape only on the weekends or whenever I am drinking (which isn’t too often).
I first went to the Vapor Passion in Miami Lakes and while the guy was nice he didn’t really try to explain much to me and let me leave empty-​handed.
I then decided to drive to the VP in Hialeah and boy am I glad I did. There were a few customers in front of me so I just listened in and tried to learn what I should get and how «vaping» works. Oscar is excellent! He let me try like 15 different flavors and made sure I was taken care of and got everything I needed. He explained everything to me like how to put in the liquid and how to know when I need to replace my coil.
Overall, I was very impressed with the huge selection the Hialeah store had compared to the Miami Lakes store and more so with the excellent customer service Oscar provided.
