The biggest advantage this Walgreens has compared to others is that it is open 24 hours. Inside, it’s also larger than most. Coming here during regular business hours is a MESS. This is one of the busiest intersections on 49th street. That’s why you will see me checking-​in here in the graveyard hours. I’m a local to Hialeah. I know better.
No need to expand on anything else. It’s your regular Walgreens. It’s already an older store that was specifically built for Walgreens in what used to be the parking area to the other businesses here.

I was in the area and needed to pick up some items. I found this walgreens a bit on the smaller side and they didn’t have as many items as other pharmacies. I also found the prices a little bit higher especially for Florida.
The cashier was really nice and even told me about the sales.

The pharmacy is ridiculous… waited in the drive thru over 25 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. This is not the first time either, I have had the same problem when I go inside to pick up a script. Extremely slow… i bet if you go to another walgreens, pick up ur script, and pass by again u will see the same car at the window in the drive thru.

Slowwwwwww pharmacy, I dont know if they run short on staff, or what the problem is, there is always people waiting, a looooong line to turn in a prescription, this place is near my place but I hate to come to this Walgreen. And my final observation: NO ONE SMILES, everyone here looks upset.
