Miami Subs Grill

I like Miami Subs. Sure I think they’re a little pricey, but I’d rather come here sometimes than ingest those paper thin manufactured «meat» patties from the slew of fast food restaurants that adorn 49^th street. I usually have their philly cheese steak or chicken gyro. And I dare not leave without mozarella sticks! That would be a mortal sin. Their fries are my husband’s favorite. All in all, you’ll be satisfied.

after thinking and thinking of a place to have a quick lunch at we decided to go to Miami Subs Grill. myself, i have eaten very few times at this restaurant. it was not bad, not bad at all. i went with the Gyro combo — 1 gyro, 1 order of spicy fries and 1 coke — $ 7. – and change. hubby had the Italian sub (requested it hot) i have to say my gyro was good. the lamb was fresh and it was topped with tomato, lettuce and the «sauce» (which they were nice enough to give us extra at no charge!) my hubby’s sub was good too. not piled high with meat, but just enough he said. fries were good too but did not live up to the «spicy» name. not spicy at all. our other friend had same gyro (fresh too) + a piece of baklava? (sorry for spelling) which she could not stop saying how good it was. overall good company, good food. nice lunch! they have alot of variety in there menu.
