Walgreens

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Walgreens. The cashier Lissette was ever so kind and friendly. She explained there was a promo of 3 for 2 on almost everything! She helped us get so many free things and helped us combine top of the line product.
I usually spend $ 70.00 when I go, and Today I spent $ 30.00 complete and utter shock.
She assisted us with hair care, nails, creams the works! She was so nice that she even gave us mini sized hair sprays for each as a gift! I didn’t even know they did that. I was like wow… What a difference a positive person makes compared to a person who hates their job and doesn’t get out from behind the counter.

I passed by to drop off red box rentals for my brother on mother’s day and saw they had buy one get the other half off on make-​up so. there was only 1 register open and 6 people in front of me.
I assume the manager (he was dressed different from the other employees) passed by and said go to cosmetics there’s no line.
I went there and no one was even behind the register. Then I was staring at the perfumes and someone finally came but with someone else. She was going to scan whatever she had on her and the woman told her to just let me go since I was there waiting. She said no I’m going to scan you.
Thanks, unprofessional and the manager for lying to me, making me leave a line to come to this rude woman.
This Walgreens is usually stocked but the people who work here aren’t helpful and clearly show favoritism.

Whenever insomnia hits me, I load pictures online and pick them up before work. They have this Walgreens registered as a 24 hr photo service but boy is that a lie! I uploaded pictures at 3 am and proceeded to pick them up at 6 am since they are «24 hrs». I arrived only to be told ummmm no the photo lab opens at 9 am! Ugh!

I have been to several Walgreens and this by far as has been the best. The staff is always eager to assist you and is very patient. They are quick and very effective. The wait is usually minimal and if the staff can help you get the medicine faster, they will.
The pharmacists on staff always have a great attitude and willing to solve any problems. The Pharmacy Manager is always accessible and willing to go the extra mile.
I highly recommend this Walgreens.
P. S. This is my husband’s Pharmacy. He is the Manager here. EVERYTHING I SAY IN THIS REVIEW is based on performance and not that its my husband’s pharmacy. His staff and him are an amazing team and are worth of this review.
