The wife and I had to stop by and try out this little sandwich shop that opened in town. It is small, with a very simple menu. They have a few types of sandwiches, brunswick stew(made daily in house), potato salad, chips and drinks. There may be a thing or two that i’m missing. The staff was very friendly. We both had turkey sandwiches, mine was on a roll and my wifes was on rye. They came loaded with cheese, pickle, mayo and mustard. There had to be like ½ a pound of meat on each one, so they filled us up nicely. Sadly, I was unable to try the stew as I do not eat pork, so I will leave that for another reviewer to sum up. It sure sounded good though. The one reason I felt I could not give 5 stars was simply because the sandwiches came out premade, no option given for selecting your own toppings. If there was an option for it, we were not notified. The business is new and I expect they will add more items to the menu as time goes on. If you are in the mood for a quick stop and some good food, I recommend giving The Brown Bag a try.
