So we came here on Sunday to add an extra line to our plan. There was a long wait and and clearly not enough staff members. The male staff member was getting snarky with one of the female employees. It’s not professional to be condescending to a fellow employee in front of customers. When it was our turn the female employee (unfortunately I can’t remember her name!) Was extremely helpful and nice. Next time we’ll just try to get there at a different time.

The polish speaking women in there are very rude. I recommend either going to Chicago ridge T-​Mobile or wait for the men that work there to take care of things.
