Never have any trouble finding what I need, as long as I don’t have to to go to a Home Depot or Lowe’s for something specific, Eason’s Ace Hardware is my local go-​to for hardware odds & ends.

This Ace Hardware still feels ‘newish” to me, even though it has been around for several years now.
The selection is not nearly as extensive as, say, a Lowe’s or Home Depot, but then again, one doesn’t have to walk all over creation to find something.
The employees are generally pleasant and helpful, but eager is not an adjective that I would use. I’m always amused and pleased when their cashiers do an indepth search for Ace Hardware discount sales and coupon discounts. That is what I consider going the extra mile.
Speaking of which, I don’t remember making any sizeable purchase without an employee loading my vehicle for me. And I don’t mean just rolling my shopping cart out to my vehicle, but actually LOADING the goods. That NEVER happens at Lowe’s or Home Depot.
ACE often have timely seasonal sales, just like the warehouse stores.
ACE Hardware feels like a small, family run, hardware store… and I like that.

This place is high priced beyond. Not very sociable either. Always observe 1 to 2 store associates standing around leaning on counters shooting the shit, not offering any assistance.
