I’ve interacted with several Honda dealers in recent years, and some have been downright rude, but I do not get anything like that at this location. Being«just a woman,» who actually has some basic knowledge of how mechanics works, I have not been talked down to, here, at all. The service advisors(all), and one in particular, Mr. Michael Keosykhao, has been very helpful… Even looking into available pricing discounts, to make our repairs as price-friendly as possible. Also, as is the case with many Honda dealerships, Hendrick will include a car wash with their service appointments. That’s service!

I travel for a living and often need service out of the area for necessity. It is great to come home to the Hendrik Honda service/sales department. We have purchased two cars from Jeremy and were treated extremely well. The service department is best in class as far as I am concerned. Offering drive though bay doors at the service department I do not need to get out in bad weather. Snacks, wi-fi and a playroom for our kids makes our visits stress free.

Before I moved to North Carolina I purchased my first car from Rick McClure in sales. He, as everyone there I have dealt with whether in service, sales, or financing, have been courteous and top notch. Their«waiting room» is more like a remote office for me, a sanctuary from the chaos of the daily grind. I am currently driving a Honda Ridgeline, my third purchase from them, now with 180,000 original miles on it and still purring like a kitten! If I *ever* need to replace it, I’ve got Rick in my speed dial!

When my husband and I moved from Florida to North Carolina Eddie Westmoreland was one of the first people we met. We needed a good, reliable, car on an affordable budget. We needed a patient and knowledgeable associate who would help us to accomplish our goals. With Eddie Westmoreland and Honda of Hickory, we got everything we wanted and more! We were immediately very impressed upon arrival, Eddie treated us the way anyone searching for a car would love to be treated. We were never pressured or felt in any way uncomfortable working with him. On the contrary, we immediately felt that we were in excellent hands working with Eddie, and that our MILLIONS of questions were always answered with the utmost of patience and courtesy. He went above and beyond to be helpful to us, especially in this difficult situation we were in involving a very stressful cross-country move. Eddie helped to put us in our dream car on a budget. We could not be happier with our beautiful and practical CRV! We plan on shopping at Honda of Hickory again and asking for Eddie. We seriously cannot recommend Honda of Hickory enough! after dropping my car off for regular service and requesting a wash/vac, I arrived to pick up my car to discover the wash/vac had not been done. In reparation for my inconvenience they went ABOVEANDBEYOND what I would’ve expected. They picked up and dropped off my car the next day and had it Detailed !!! It looks amazing. I was also reassured that they would be working with the detail dept to ensure this didn’t happen again. WOW!!! Far Exceeded my expectations!!!
