Depending on what you want to buy, you can do okay. TV’s and appliances (above entry level), are just fine, and it’s nice to have financing deals. They have added furniture, which seems nice, but everything is low quality versus cost (not a good value). Hope that works out for them.

Frequent sales. Excellent quality merchandise. Price match. Open layout. Friendly.

This is the first appliance store that I have shopped at that I was not attached by the sales people that work there. This could be attributed to it being the week of Christmas and they were tied up doing other things, but it made my shopping experience much more pleasant! This location is very large inside and nicely organized. The isles are large and it is very easy to navigate the store to find what you are looking for. The layout also encourages browsing!
When we finished shopping and went to make a purchase, the women that checked up out had the best attitude despite the long lines and the lack of enough staff working. We were very impressed by our experience here and we also found out that they will price match any store and will then give you an additional 10% the lower price if you find one!!! Pretty Sweet!

Had a great experience purchasing a new convection oven (my FIRST convection oven — I am one happy camper!) Everything was delivered as promised and handled professionally and efficiently. VERY pleased. They have my business!
