I really like Dr Maynard. He has a great way with patients. An example would be that he explains each step of the lens thing that he adjusts and asks is this better than this? Most places just ask you which is better but don’t tell you anything about the process.
Three weeks after ordering my new glasses I called to see if they had arrived. No contact from office to inform me that they had. Now the staff can’t get the glasses adjusted properly after 3 attempts.
I am currently wearing my old glasses after giving up on getting the new ones comfortable.
